It was a last minute decision. The person that checked me in was kind and accommodating. I have zero complaints about his customer service. The room was clean and spacious. The tub was awesome.

Laundry service wash dryer out of service since june ??

Disappointed with cleanliness of room. The bathroom shower rod was pulled out of wall and repaired with black tape. The beds were not good quality, they were uncomfortable and squeaky. Went down for breakfast at 8:45, other than coffee, waffles and 4 old apples. No water, juice not even a slice of bread. You get what you pay for, I know you could do better.

My stay was great! Just disappointed that all amenities are down! Pool,laundry,gym and business center are all closed!!!!

When I tried to fill the bathtub at the hotel, a mass of black mold came out of the faucet.

Quick 1 night stay place was clean no issue Breakast was over 845 onmy issue everything beeing put away i guess 9 am means out at 9 am .

This hotel is absolutely awful, we checked in on Friday at 3pm and it looked old but on FIRST glance appeared ok. We left for the day at around 6pm to meet family we were visiting. When we came back around 11pm I went to put my leftovers in the fridge and saw a bug on the fridge and in the fridge. Then we started to see them everywhere. We packed our stuff and went to the front desk. I told the guy was not staying there, that there were bugs. He asked if I would mind if he took a look, I said you can look all you want I'm not staying here. He said I had to call my 3rd party booking to cancel. I did and they tried to say we were there 2 days when we were already talking with the booking agency at 11:45, timestamped in the chat. This place is gross, smells like weed 24/7, People hanging around the hotel 24/7. It was labor day weekend so we spent the next 2 hours finding a new hotel. Took pictures and videos of the bugs, identified it and it was a cockroach, super glad we left when we did..

When I called to make reservations, they told me the pool was open and I get there and it’s green algae growing in it. It is just straight up nasty.

Room and bath adequate and clean. Breakfast was pretty awful so don’t count on it.

Everything was good except really wanted to swim and the pool was closed.

I didn’t like that the coffee machine was in the bathroom

Price was ok there was bugs in the room my wife got bit by something throughout the night the area around the tub has mold growing around it and it leaked

Interesting over use of outlets in the room with 5 devices plugged into a single duplex outlet … room wasn’t cleaned after first day and request for 60 minute delay to check out at the end of the stay was granted but only after a slightly heated conversation … I wouldn’t return if offered

My family and I was disappointed that all of amenities were closed due to maintenance. We were also displeased with minimal options of breakfast items and the public notices to go elsewhere for more breakfast options. This level of service does not equal the value of a night stay at this property.

I chose this dump because it had a 7 point review and advertised breakfast. Dark hallways, broken desk, peeling wallpaper and ceiling, filthy bathroom toilet, industrial neighborhood, only waffles, adequate staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Avoid this exit completely!! Only low-grade hotels, inadequate restaurants, and expensive gas.

The hotel is very clean. Our room was spacious and very confortable.

Definitely a budget option, not in the best shape, but it’s worth the money considering the location and proximity to everything. Nearby food too.
