Wish we had been within walking distance but that was my fault for not double checking the distance from town

The view was stunning from the Kennebec suite on the river. The service from everyone was fabulous!

Incredibly friendly front desk staff. The young ladies that served breakfast were very nice and super accommodating. Food was very good. Rooms were very clean. All around great experience!!!!

We had a one night stay in Leavenworth and really enjoyed being in the middle of the action in a dream suite apartment with large tub. There are a couple of flights of stairs to get up to the room but it was fine for us. This is an older hotel, Bavarian themed and cute, but with no elevator. Our room, dream suite 4, overlooked the main front street and we enjoyed people watching. We even had a little balcony! This hotel is a little dated but very clean, comfortable, hospitable and friendly. The apple strudel they offer was so yummy, highly recommend. We would stay there again!

We had a great stay at the Obertal Inn in Leavenworth. Great location, easy parking, fast internet, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast. Thank you for a nice stay. They allowed us to check in three hours early. Hope to stay there again soon.

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Leavenworth. Clean, comfortable and centrally located to downtown and rafting park.

Got groung level room on request. Nice options for free breakfast. Very covvenient to shoping and dining. Large walkin shower.

We enjoyed the room and the view was wonderful. All three of us were comfortable with the beds and slept well. A weekend stay and it was very calm. Employee's were very nice. Even before we arrived we were asked if we needed anything and during the stay as well. Defiantly on our place to stay list.

Great location, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Found the room layout and the beds a bit uncomfortable and the view is a lot of parking lot for such a beautiful location - but again you are right in the heart of Leavenworth in a clean room with nice people, so a good spot overall.

The unit was beautiful and perfect for us! It's only a 5-7min walk from the Obertal Inn main property where we checked in. We had a view of the river and it was amazing! We did the river float, and it ended right at the Wunderbar property, so that was very convenient! The only negatives were the very slow elevator and only having parking for one car, but we'd definitely stay here again. Order the strudel, you won't regret it! Next time I'd ask for an extra caramel cup though :)

Nice clean rooms. Convenient location. Great communication leading up to and post stay. Great breakfast choices with a really convenient system in place to order the night before. Loved the terrace and outdoor games.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Each time we had a very special dinner near the hotel and walked the short distance back to the hotel. The hotel gave me a lot of information and if I need something to ask, quick response always. That’s a good point, too.

LOCATION! This hotel is right in the middle of the action, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. It turned out to be perfect for us in many other ways as well. Our room was on the second floor (no elevator) adjacent to the deck area. Other guests obviously honored the "quiet time" rule, as there was never an issue with noise. The room itself was spacious, and with two queen beds, would have comfortably accommodated a family of four. Lots of storage space, and a nice long bathom counter. The weather was HOT and the air conditioner efficiently cooled the room. It was a bit noisy, but that didn't matter a bit! The toilet and shower were separated from the vanity by a sliding door with a tricky little latch. But there was very new tile, a great showerhead, and an effective fan! Breakfasts are served in a unique manner here: we placed our orders the night before from a menu of 5 choices. (we loved the waffle; the egg cups were great too!) Then our order could be picked up between 8 and 10 a.m. We took them to the morning-cool deck, but could have easily eaten in our room because TV trays were provided! Office staff were great--especially Edgar. We still owe him a beer. The only caveat is parking. There is a guaranteed spot for each room, but the lot is very tight, and when there are only a couple spots left, it can be tricky to squeeze your vehicle around the bend and into a parking place. We will definitely stay here again--highly recommend.

My family and I stayed at the Wunderbar Suite which was perfect for our party of five. It was lovely and conveniently located to shops, restaurants and activities. We arrived very late and were delighted to find our keys waiting for us at the office. What a beautiful town!
