I felt bad for the manager as the internet service failed and nothing she could do corrected the issue. This was beyond her control but is an issue to guests who depend on WiFi.

It is frustrating that when I stay here they want me to pay again because they “don’t have a record” of my room being paid on hotels.com. Twice my card has been charged for a room I already paid for.

Ladies at the front desk were great. Breakfast area was large. Hotel needs a little sprucing up.

The main concern I had you had to make sure the door was locked as it was difficult to latch the door.

Asked about hairndryer not working and frontdesk rep hanged the phone twice, even nit offered any replacement, ourright rejected the solution, only saod is he will inform manager. POOL was open 45 min late and it did make mybeyes itchy and my daughter cough as they might havwe put lots of salt or chemical. Terrible olace, not hygenic, bathroom had mold, bugs

After having stayed here previously we thought we knew what to expect but this time was very disappointing. From the front desk employee when we checked in who seemed completely disinterested in what he was doing, to then having issues with both key cards trying to enter our room, to finally getting into the room only to discover a huge stain on the carpet. The bathroom, though clean for the most part, was in poor condition and the entire room was in desperate need of a renovation. From the postage stamp size pillows, to the paper thin towels the entire experience was disappointing.

The hotel is in a great area for shopping! Everything is nice and close. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and happy to help if we had any questions or concerns.

Great spor and service

Our only complaint (which was addressed immediately) was that the shampoo and body wash condensers were totally empty - not discovered until I was in the shower. Breakfast was wonderful!

The hotel room was clean and pleasant, the staff was very good. The only problem was with the pool area, the cement floor needs painting and the hot tub was barely warm and definitely had crumbling cement. The location near the shopping district was excellent and if it wasn’t for the poor pool conditions I would highly recommend it

Ok for a night and close to shopping. The carpet in our room had a big stain and the shower head was terrible. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel is showing its age. Room was decent clean, carpets are getting worn and should be replaced soon. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok at best.

We had an amazing time, bed was so comfortable, the ladies who worked at the front were the most friendly and sweet and made our stay so so incredible. We ended up having to stay an extra night and they were more than accommodating. Would recommend to everyone!!

Even though our room was very close to the elevator it was very quiet.

Property is in great location. Near mall and food etc. I have stayed here before and it was awesome. This was my first time since covid and the place was showing some wear. Carpets and the elevator looked like it had never been cleaned ever but the rest of the property was clean as was our room.

Upon check-in our room had very old filthy carpet with several stains and the room had a very strong odor of cologne or air freshener. Almost like they were trying to mask an odor. We asked about a better room and were shown 3 by a friendly staff member who mentioned they’d been recently inspected and it was recommended that carpets be replaced throughout. All of those rooms also had stained carpets but we chose one that was somewhat better and it was a larger room which was nice. Staff member also mentioned that they no longer allow pets because of the carpet stains, which wasn’t a great thought to have. Hallways were dark, needed renovation and also had dirty carpets. The beds in all rooms were not made very neatly, bed skirts were a mess like someone was rushing to make them. However, bed linens were clean and beds quite comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very poor, but bathroom cleanliness was alright. Hotel was very quiet at night. Continental breakfast was satisfactory but we arrived within the last half hour and there weren’t many choices. Overall this property is in need of a complete interior renovation and would not stay here again in its current condition. The exterior is deceiving as it looks much newer than the inside.

We had a nice stay here. Hotel could use some updating. Rooms need to be cleaned better.
