Great hotel in Goleta, convenient to freeway, nice bistro for dinner, fancy pool and practice golf area. Bistro had a short but well designed menu that had something for everyone. Great overnight stay in an area with nearby big box stores,

It was very nice, Molly at the front desk was super helpful. She really put me at ease for my first trip to Santa Barbara. Only one thing that wasn’t great was the fact that there was no coffee until 6:30 in the morning. It would be nice to have breakfast in the mornings as well.

After rodents in my room at a nearby Ramada I moved to the courtyard and it was clean and comfortable and friendly.

we did not get the room we reserved and paid for (king bed w/sofa bed) and the hotel was unable to provide a similar room as they were sold out and indicated hotels.com did not communicate the room request with the reservation; we were not offered nor did we receive any of the VIP benefits indicated when booking the reservation

Overall, the rooms and property were as expected. I just happened to specifically choose this property for the hot tub, which it turned out was not hot whatsoever. It would be generous to say that the water temperature was lukewarm, and when I asked the front desk whether it could be adjust to be warmer, the response was just No.
The TV in our room also stopped working the second day (the channels started glitching and wouldn't display properly). I completely understand that maintenance issues can occur, I guess it would be nice to have some sort of response to convey that expectations may not have been met. Although everything else served our purposes, I'm not sure I would choose this property again.

The property is very nice and we loved our stay . Biggest problem is the shower leaks and makes the floor wet no matter what you do with the shower curtain. Hopefully this can be fixed

The hotel is by an airport you can hear the airplanes flying over the room at 5:30am it was very loud. Also the next morning there was no WIFI. If you had to work on the computer good luck. The Bistro coffee amchine for Lattes and cappacino etc was out for maintenance all morning till after 1:00pm.

Great service. Nice property. Clean and my kids kept saying “this is fancy!!” It’s a classic corporate hotel with lots of amenities and designed professionally at scale. Nice lobby and TV with Netflix app. Beds were comfortable. Space in the corner for a pack n play.
Cool courtyard with mini golf and big fire tables. Nice restaurant area wasn’t an afterthought. Even saw actual repairs happening in one room. Deep cleaning of AC filters in another room 👍
Only con was no free breakfast, which for some I expected . That and the bottom fitted sheets kept falling off the bed. Didn’t affect comfort just unprofessional.

I thought the food was cold and the salad was terrible. I had a BLT the bread was soggy and thin. the sandwich was not put together, lettuce all over the place. I just couldn't eat it.

The hotel was close to the freeway and easy to get to. The hotel was clean inside and the rooms were well kept. They have small cafe in the lobby that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it closes at 10:00 pm. The staff was nice and friendly. There's no too many dining options you can walk to, but there are more options within several miles.

The facility was great. Food at the bistro was very good and convenient.
It would be very helpful to know what additional fees actually apply. Such as $15/day for parking, hotel taxes and other fees. Makes knowing overall cost easier, and allows true comparison to other choices.
