Great place.

Worst customer service ever. They messed up our room assignment when we ask about it the kid at the desk had no idea how to handle the question so he called manger who told us the upper management would return our call. NEVER happened. Fire place didn’t work and the kid who tried to fix it said they would reduce the price for the night and that also NEVER happened.

Amazing views and the in room oven was nice touch. Can’t beat the location and wonderful staff.

Ocean view was not as expected. The Hood to Coast was setting up and was kinda loud and blocked our view of beautiful ocean. Also we rented a suite with a kitchenette. We were expecting a full service kitchen with paper towels and a full size refrigerator. Nope! Neither one. The bed was fabulous! The room really needed some kind of color. Everything was gray. Not happy for the price I paid. I wont stay there again for the price!

Other than the office being in a completely different building and having to locate it, the room was amazing and the motel was right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay with an ocean view. It was a great place to have our dog and having the grass out front was convenient. Would highly recommend and will plan to stay again.

The best thing about the Inn was the location on the promenade. Soft and plentiful towels. ice machine access in outer office.

This was our first time staying at the Inn at the Prom and we really enjoyed it! You can't beat the location and the room was clean and really comfortable. We booked the one bedroom suite and it had a full kitchen and the bathroom has a jetted tub. We will stay here when we visit Seaside again in the future.

Hotel was dirty, spa tub as advertised did not work. Customer service ar front desk was terrible, unprofessional

Loved our room at Inn at the Prom. You can walk anywhere, and relax in adirondack chairs right on the Prom to watch the sunset, people, and pets! The spa tub was perfect.

The location is amazing and the views don't disappoint! We got a kitchenette. It was too small for my taste but it did the trick. Staff were friendly and respectful of our belongings when they cleaned the room.

You have to check in across street at Gilbert hotel which is ohistoric and lively!

Office staff arent helpful at all. Walls and doors are very thin and cheaply constructed. There is no AC, which wouldnt be an issue if the fake fire place didnt have a constant pilot light causing the room to be at least 90degrees. They say nothing can be done about it. The surrounding area is gorgeous, the view from the back deck is amazing, and they have a little garden area to enjoy the views in. Very conveniently located, only a block away from the main street where all the fun and shops are. I was there for 5 days and didnt have to drive once, yet i enjoyed the full seaside experience

This property has their own rules and they don’t care if you use another party for booking. They charged me 2 days before checkin the entire amount which was not supposed to happen. I used Expedia to book and the agreement was pay at the property . I usually always do this. Just a heads up!!!! The location is great as far as views and continence. Property is old but well maintained.. the parking is horrible, very difficult , they give only a few spaces for hotel guests which are usually taken. Was overpriced due to holiday but on a regular day the price isn’t worth it to be honest. The hotel guy who checked me in gave a bit of attitude because I complained of getting charged before hand. They also have a sign that they can refuse to check you in. Hopefully with a refund? Anyways only if it’s your last option it’s ok :) had a fairly good 4th here! Fireworks were amazing! Property is super cute. We stayed here for the 4th of July and the view was great. We had to sit out on the lawn to get a better view than from the patio but there was plenty of space. The rooms are small but adorable. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family, but for 2 people it’s great! I would definitely come back for a getaway with my husband sometime.

Ocean Front units are Excellent. You are a few steps from the beach. Beautiful views of the prom and ocean. Will stay again. Would recommend keeping a plunger in the room for those unexpected clogs. Excellent staff. Parking is tight though. Room was quiet and check in was available sooner than expected. Thanks

The photos of the “suite” were misleading. This was one of the most cramped rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The fireplace was less than 3 feet from the foot of the bed. The bathroom had a jetted tub that was difficult to get in and out of if you are short. There was no bath mat so it felt very unsafe to take a shower. The carpet was filthy. A full sized stove and microwave was provided but the refrigerator was dorm sized. The sink was wet bar sized. Try doing dishes in that.

Its always one of the best spots on the prom. This is our 3rd year staying with Inn at the Prom. See yall next year!

There was mold in the bathroom, and the door jam had about a half a inch between the door and the jam. Door handle had difficulty locking. It was pretty and it was nice and walkable to everywhere else.

I booked through Expedia on April 17 for a June 2-3 stay and they somehow didn’t check their Expedia account for that month and a half, so I didn’t get the room I booked. Gotta sit and wait for a refund. But the receptionist was very nice and the property was clean. Guy hacked his lungs out for about 2 hours next door on Tuesday morning so that was cool, but not the property’s fault.

The bed was very comfortable!

This was our first time staying here and we loved it so much that we will definitely book again next time we visit. We arrived a few hours early and asked if we were able to check-in early but we were not able to. So we went shopping around town to kill time and came back after 3 to see if it was ready, but it was not. So we went to a restaurant down the block to wait until 4. Our room was not ready until after 4:10pm but check-in was at 4... we love that it's right by the beach and that it comes with a kitchen, robes, fireplace, jetted tub and also a fire pit outside to enjoy. The lobby has s'mores kits you can purchase to roast by the fire as well. The only thing that wasn't so great about this place was that the walls are so thin and you can hear when the room/cottage next to you is showering.

I reserved an ocean view room. Did not get the room I paid for. The staff were exceptionally rude. Other guests were extremely noisy even after being reported. I will never stay there again!!!
