Hi-Tide is a wonderful place to stay. Beachfront access, spacious rooms, a fireplace; what more could ya want? The room was clean and warm. The facility was quiet. There's a pool and hot tub, which aren't top of the line or new, but we enjoyed the relaxation. The breakfast provided is simple but plentiful and fresh. Overall, for the deal we got, we felt very comfortable and we will be returning on our next visit to Seaside!

Just stayed here with my Wife for a night. Forgot to make sure I had booked a pet free room due to my Wife's severe allergies. When I arrived I asked the front desk employee about it, and they changed our room free of charge to a pet free one without any hesitation. They were more than gracious and welcoming! The hotel although older is kept immaculate! It's near spotless, our bedding was perfect. The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We had an issue turning on the fireplace, but once we called the front desk they got maintenance to fix it immediately. We've stayed at nearly all the hotels in Seaside and this is by far the best one we've stayed at! Staff is amazing, place is spotless, bedding is clean. It was a wonderful experience! Will definitely be staying here again

Was a decent hotel. I’m 6’2” tall and the shower head was shoulder height. It made taking a shower a pain and with the lower water pressure it took a long time to be able to feel rinsed and clean. Bathroom sink did not drain well. Otherwise we had a good stay. Was happy with the continental breakfast and the fresh cookies were actually really really good. Price of our room was decent.

Great location just a short walk to the main strip. Older and worn it is still kept clean. The staff is very friendly and quick to help. Breakfast includes cereal, breads, yogurt, boiled eggs. A selection of teas, juice and coffee. The hot tub has great jets and a nice temperature.

Nice space in good location. Room is like photos. Very clean but pretty outdated. Price is about right for what you get. They have free freshly baked cookies at night! Would stay here again

The building is definitely old and rundown. The room was clean and the staff was friendly at check-in. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here with our 3 year old. The pool and hot tub were great! The hotel is right off the beach, and we easily walked, 3 year old included, to the main drag of town. We think this is rared a 2 star hotel because it isn't new, but it was comfortable and convinient. Check out is noon, which allowed us to have an eventful morning before checkout. We will stay here again!

Old property in desperate need of updating. Insufficient outlets, soundproofing, seating, etc. Other than oceanfront location, not much is appealing about this property.

Our stay was good until it came night time and the people above us sound like elephants walking and their animals running the track like they’re on a race, track and loud, throughout the night. So needless to say we didn’t sleep very well. The staff was great!!

Our room had a large gap around the door, the dumpster was right in front of the door, and the toilet ran continually.

The staff were extremely accommodating. The room needed to be near the elevator, and it was perfect. The design of the property was very well done. We really appreciated the service.

I thought the staff was great. Service was excellent. The bed was comfy. Views are terrific right on the beach. Overall it was good. The property is just a bit run down. But it all worked. I had no problems with anything. The tv was good. The wifi was slow but I wasn't there to surf the net anyhow. I'd go back.

Great location to beach,downtown shopping/restaurants. We had a first floor room and did not feel secure leaving just the screen door open all night as the hotel has no air conditioning. Being middle Sept. heat not a problem at this time but would be in the middle of summer. Minor point, the parking spaces nice and large to open car doors.

It's right on the promenade. Two blocks from downtown.

They let me check in early so my young son could nap. We got cookies at 6 pm and went swimming, they offered lots of life jackets there and towels At the pool. We got a decent breakfast in the morning. They had tooth paste at the front desk because I forgot mine. I was able to park my car and walk to everything we needed. My son and I will be back.

We liked that it was right by the beach, conveniently located close to shops and dining, staff were friendly, the cookies were yummy, and it wasn’t surrounded by tall buildings on both sides.

Its close to the promenade, great customer service, clean, comfortable, mini bkfst, fresh cookies at 6:00pm every night. Warm pool and hot jacuzzi, safe parking and overall a great place to stay 😀
