The mattresses were very uncomfortable, there were no soap or other basic stuff. For the price we paid I am very disappointed with the quality of the lodging. Would not recommend it.

The pictures online are a gross misrepresentation of what you get. First of all, when you enter the building, the walls are all copied and broken. The floor is terribly dirty. It is an old, slum looking building. We had the standard apartment. Walls were cracked and broken. The kitchen is very small and a separate room. You cannot open the oven as the handle is broken but I was actually afraid to see what condition it would be in. The fridge ahelves weren't in straight and couldn't be removed to fix because the kitchen is too small. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding. The area to dry any clothing was shocking. We had to turn the water system to the lowest heat and it was still horrible. There is a lot of street noise and you can hear people in the other apartments like they are in yours. The balconies are open to the other units so if you are brave enough to stay here, make sure the doors are secure. I can't believe they charge so much for this dump and that Hotels.com would even have this property on their site. You couldn't pay me to stay here again. I tried to attach photos but the site won't allow at this moment.

A wonderful experience in this appatment in Barcelona,We spent 5 days in this fantastic apartment, our second stay within 10 days. The location is perfect, close to everything. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and view on the street. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with an unforgettable experience. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Easy access key through the app. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone, especially families. We enjoyed it a lot from the very beginning 😊

Really bad at communicating how to get to the property. really bad mattress. I was left in the heat for 90 min witing outside.

The apartment was ok as we were only sleeping in there for 2 nights, however the bathroom was filthy, it absolutely stunk and was visibly dirty in the shower and all over the walls, tiles and mirror. The shower cubicle screens were also faulty. The beds were clean, the kitchen was quite clean. The external doors were absolutely filthy, as was the balcony, the floors were also quite dirty. The front door didnt work when we arrived and had to wait to get this sorted then half way through the stay the front key pad completely stopped working! We had to go and find someone to assist, who did help by charging up the keypad. Overall we found the apartment very expensive for the value, it certainly wasn't value for money and unfortunately will not be staying again and will be very careful when booking another stay.

Good communication and quick responses from the management. Clean and nice place. The apartment is though located in old building with very poor noice isolation. We could hear everything what happened in the naboer apartment and on the street.

I was staying at the hotel yesterday and everything was okay when we checked in and the person who did the checked in for us was really nice too. However, after we checked in al the sudden the electricity from my room was out, we did not know what to do so we called the reception for help that the person who answered the phone’s attitude was serious awful. We were all really scared and trying to get help, he should not be yelling at someone/ the guest like that.

We were there for a cruise. The front desk helped set up our taxis for the next day. It was conveniently located near food and shopping. Overall a great experience.

Very clean and confortable. Simple and very nice view. Location was good. Very close to The Sants Station. We walked everywhere, but I have to say we like to walk. Very easy to access. Service was good. Danny was great. He did took care of us!

We had a slight glitch on checkin - it was quickly resolved by the gentleman at reception. We were lucky the guy at reception stayed past normal checkin time as we arrived after hours on a Saturday evening and he was able to fix the issue.

The unit is spacious and comfortable and the overall condition very good, better than anticipated; everything clean, in good shape and as advertised. The apartment is not in a central location or close the city main attractions but easily accessible by walk or public transportation. It’s also a safe area, close to Barcelona’s main train/bus station and with plenty of cafes and grocery stores nearby. Customer service has an office in the same building, which is very convenient for Check In/Out and for any issues you may have in the unit (not many apartments in Barcelona actually operate this way); they were also very friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely come back to this place again.

Noisy all night and had no sleep for 4 days. Woke up and apartment across the hall had someone passed out in their vomit on the stairs. Needed help after hours and was told nothing they could do because they gave the guy the day off. No extra towels, sheets, no wash cloths at all. Would not recommend!

We were not so sure based on some reviews but we're delighted with the service of staff and quality of apartment. Spotlessly clean and very modern with a well stocked mini-bar at excellent rates(€5 for large bottle of wine). A little far from the centre of Barcelona but Metro station just round the corner. Would definitely book again when visiting Barcelona.

The apartment was nice and located between the Barcelona Sants station and the centre. Lots of restaurants around the area. The kitchen was poorly set up in that it took two of us to move a big shelving unit to use the microwave to heat water for tea. There was no plug nearby to plug it in and there was not plug on the counter either, so we could not just move it to the counter. The other option would have been to put it on the floor to use it. The apartment was noisy the night we stayed. I could here people in the hallways and a radio station or television set, it kept me up. The apartment was clean with the exception of the floors. They needed a good sweep....seems that got missed. The staff was friendly. Wifi was in and out, it was frustrating.

Contact with the staff was easy and helpful , easy access when reception closed , in a nice area close to the main railway station and metro station also , plenty of bars and eateries on the doorstep if you don't want to venture too far and much cheaper than the city centre . Nice modern apartment with plenty facilities tv toaster kettle etc , fridge with mini bar also , very spacious and comfortable , would definitely stay there again and recommend also .

Our check in was delayed as they had to clean the apartment so we had to kill some time, even though I told them our arrival time in advance and they said that would be no problem. Despite this, the receptionist (Adriana) was very helpful with advice and directions etc...
After checking in and getting into the apartment, we loved it! It was clean and exceeded our expectations. We had the first floor room and had a nice view with a small balcony. When the door was open it is very noisy but closed you cant hear a thing! AC was great too so didn't really need to keep the door open anyway.
Checking out was stressful as AinB have two buildings with one reception, no-one was present at the reception. There was a number of people to check out at the same time as us, luckily we had a late flight so the delay didn't affect us much but others had a flight to catch and were very angry. We wanted to leave our luggage and come back later, luckily someone was on call to translate with the cleaners to let us do so.

We stayed in this apartment when it was really hot in Barcelona. The good airconditioning made it easy to sleep and a relief from the outside heat after a long day out. Beds were comforatable. TV and WIFi good. We would stay here again.

This place is not a comfortable stay with kids. There was only one AC for the entire apartment. There was a very tiny bathroom. All night people were knocking on the door and ringing the bell. It was extremely noisy, you could hear people from the other apartments. We were 6 people in an apartment, the service guy made a big deal out of giving us more than 2 blankets.
