We stayed here on the way to the Port of Charleston. Beds were comfortable but small as they are doubles and there are 4 of us. Rooms were clean. Check in was fast and easy. Parking is plentiful. There is a pool that is not in service, but we weren’t here for that. The outside is a bit messy/run down.

The TV did not work. The chain to secure the door did not appear like it would keep someone out. It was clean

The hotel is an older property. Rooms appear to have upgraded. A/c worked and was able to maintain temperature in this South Carolina 95 degree heat. 2 Piles of renovation debris should be removed near the mold covered ice machine and the outback storage building. DO NOT BRING A BOAT TRAILER ONTO THE PROPERTY. Parking is ok for guests only. You will NOT be able to maneuverer around the building with a trailer. Pool was closed and empty with no plans to fill. Continental breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. Somewhat late for those who get up early to be on the lake to fish early. The was reasonable for what was offered. Request a room on the East side of the building since the west side is extremely HOT in the evenings

Did not have pool as advertised...reason for staying.

This is a very run down properry. If it had not been a quick non refundable overnite, i would have left. It was scarry with some of the people that looked like they lived there. The only good thing, the bed was clean and cimfortable. Thats it.

They advertised pool but was not usable no water. Killed two spiders upon entering room one was clearly visible and so was web. Toilet not secured to floor and dirt was so thick in corners you could tell they just did a quick wipe of floors and each time just pushed more dirt in corners

Super convenient to 2 nearby fine restaurants within easy walking distance, and convenient to I-95 but far enough away so no noise from it. Robert & wife from Orlando

Was an okay average stay for the night - no real complaints - like that there wasn't a security deposit or anything. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and accommodating.

Economy priced clean hotel off of Interstate 95.

Nice place at an affordable price. Would stay again room was clean and the ac worked great!

The area was quiet and the room had easy access

Very convenient to I95, very confusing check in paying for pet with different debit card than I used to pay on Expedia. Staff kept knocking on our door then would walk away when we answered the door. Bed was comfortable. Needs some updating at the motel.

Beds were very comfortable, i only chose this motel because it had a pool, come to find out, it wasn't open yet for the season. This was very disappointing. The motel rooms were very clean though and well kept.

The staff were great and the room was very clean. Great value for the price with the exception of the noisy A/C and non-sound proof where you hear every guest coming in and out including the cars

I arranged in good faith to stay in this TraveLodge location last night, based on advertised "good" rating. It is NOT ready for customers! Here are some reasons: 1. Our room (223) had a pervasive dirty smell. 2. The lounge chair was stained and dirty. 3. The HVAC unit was dirty. 4. The curtains were wrinkled. 5. The soaps were small dry chips. 6. The shower head was partially blocked with corrosion. 7. Active structural repairs were being carried out by a disreputable-appearing person. 8. There were no paper towels or hand dryer in the front office area public restroom. 9. The swimming pool was shut down-- and a mess, with rain water in the bottom that appeared to be breeding mosquitoes. 10. The "breakfast" that was offered could barely be described as "continental". 11. The breakfast area was NOT being properly tended to! For example- the main waste container was left smeared with some kind of syrup. 12. None of the staff we dealt with could speak English very well....This property in its current condition and the way it's being run could NOT pass a proper health department inspection-- much less a critical assessment by Wyndham or Expedia!! ... I'd be happy to directly discuss our concerns with the owners, Wyndham, and/or with Expedia! As it now stands, I would NOT recommend this facility at ANY price for safety, comfort, OR general satisfaction to ANY traveler! Thank you! Sincerely, Dr. Sam Williams, Salem, VA

The lighting in the room was not good. There was no reading light at the desk. Either the wall lights by the beds or an overhead light in the middle of the ceiling. But it was worth the price for 1 night.

Sink drained slowly, bed linens were nice and clean, weird smell in room.

The staff was very accommodating. They actually answer the phone and any questions I had. It definitely could have been cleaner. However there's a Dollar Tree not far for budget friendly supplies. Really appreciate that it DID NOT smell like smoke! Bed was comfy and it was nice & cool with satellite TV. Great for the price!

It just seems very empty around the property however very convenient right of the highway

Shower curtain had mold on it, hair in the shower floor, outside was littered with trash.

This place is very dirty. The ac vents has tons of dust and debris, the mirrors has not been wiped, can see stains/spots from previous guest, multiple stains from the toilet surrounding. The towels has stains on them as well. Just wanted a place to sleep overnight while traveling and the lack of basic cleanliness at this place is unacceptable. Avoid

I was really surprised at how clean And nice our room was. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Property was dated. Front desk attendant was friendly and efficient checking me in. Very limited breakfast. No CBS TV station. Room was clean and fairly quiet. Bed was very comfortable. For the price I paid it was a good value.

Blood stain on the shower Curtian, stains on the TV, dripping faucet in bathtub. Staff was not very friendly.
