The Red Roof provided me with exactly what I needed, a No Frills place to rest my head for the night and breakfast in the morning.

This place needs major renovations. We were told the wrong room number and upset a family who thought we were trying to break in. I would not recommend.

The room was dirty as was the bed and bathroom. The bed had dirt around the mattress and the sheets were gray. All the surfaces were filthy. The one chair in room was stained. We were disgusted and went to sleep in our car.

When we arrived the temp outside was 90 and the rooms air conditioning was not on so the room was at least 90 inside and took 6 hours to cool the room to a desirable temp that we could even try to sleep. The room was in poor condition. Would never stay again

This place should be condemned. Disgusting and very unclean . No hot water and door barely locked . Absolutely do not ever recommend.

This place was horrible. It felt dirty. In fact the sheets on one bed were stained. My friend’s door wouldn’t close all the way. The staff argued about that before finally giving her a new room. The location is right next door to a discount liquor store which was quite busy. My friend found a dead bug in her bathroom. The tv kept blinking on and off. Don’t stay here.

Overall it was a great nights stay. Clean and quiet. Will stay there again when I pass through Santee. The other hotels have gone crazy with there rates.

All drains were plugged up somewhat and slow to drain. Took shower and water was ankle deep. Gross. Only one washcloth and 1 set of towels. Paint peeling off ceiling molding. Not happy this time. Sure not worth $95.

We were headed back north from Florida and it was a nice, quiet place to stop It was clean. It could use a little paint in the room but great for the price. Breakfast was good

This was an unbelievably bad place to stay The TV wouldn't work, the rod for the shower curtain was ready to fall off, and the wall lights were hanging by a thread and crooked. The breakfast that was advertised was almost nonexistent. There was no juice or waffles for cereal, and the few pastries that were there were certainly at least a day old. And the coffee must have been heated up from a previous day. We have generally been okay with Red Roof, but this was aweful.

Had numerous issues with tvs not working. They switched my room because they couldn’t get it to work. Came back to my room on the second night of my two night stay to my room key not working. The front desk tried arguing saying I only paid for one night instead of two that I did. After pulling up my reservation again they said “oh well” and updated the room key. No apologies were given. No toliet paper rack as it was yanked off the wall previously. House keeping didn’t clean good. Trash on the floor. Smoking room with no ashtrays. Asked for a wake up call at 6:30am for an event I attended and never received a call.
Overall headache due to the numerous complaints and couldn’t enjoy my stay. Will NEVER come back to this place again.

You get what you for mediocre room with mediore service. The continental breakfst was pastrys in a box from likely the food lion and it had the same pastries in the same box 2 days ina row. The juice machine looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a year.

Well appointed and convenient to I-95. Friendly staff and a good place to get to dogs for a run. We are partial to rooms that exit directly to the parking lot, it makes it easier to take the dogs out.

I stayed here because they had 24 hour check-in and breakfast. I arrived at midnight. The facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was easy. While not new, the room was well maintained. The breakfast included cereals, pastry, and self-made waffles.
