Both my partner and I loved our stay. The king bed was so amazing after a long drive. We wished the pool was open earlier than 9 so we could enjoy it longer before checkout at 11

Good place to stay.

Overall I was content with my 2-night stay at this hotel, until I had noticed after returning to my room the evening of my second night to doscover that one of my items (a book) was removed from my room. I had left it on the night stand next to the bed, and when I returned to my room my book was gone. When I questioned the front desk staff about this that evening, she checked the lost & found in the back and said there wasn't anything there, she said I would have to wait til tomorrow morning to speak to the manager. When I checked-out the next morning wanting to speak to the manager I was advised that the manager was not available, so I explained the situation to thw front desk supervisor and was advised they would check into it and give me a call. A few hours later I received a call saying that the book had shown up in the lost & found, which the housekeeper stated she was confused and thought my room was a check-out room so she took the book. Puzzled, I asked why on earth all the rest of my belongings were left in my room (phone charger that was sitting right beside the book on the night stand was still there), if she had actually thought ny room was a check-out room, whg was only the book taken? And why wasn't it in the lost & found the prior evening? The hotel had no answers for any of this, which leaves me with questions and doubt about ever leaving anything unattended in a room that is supposed to be safe. Not thrilled.

The room is good. Kids feel comfortable to stay. The pool is good and the kids make fun playing there.

Not enough parking in the front of building

Hotel was great. Would be nice to have some green space on the property for our pets. We had to use the long grass across the street. There was a very strong unpleasant manure smell outside of the hotel. Seemed to not be as strong the next day. Breakfast had a nice selection.

We only stayed 1 night and it was over 200 for the night but it was slim pickings. It was a good hotel. The kids loved the pool, slide, and hot tub. Room was clean and stocked. Breakfast was really good.

It was difficult to access the property. The hours for the pool were excellent. The breakfast items were a good selection.

It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, included breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is a bit odd as it sits behind a collection of shops (you see the back of the buildings and getting into it a night was a bit of a challenge. I would however stay again as we were there for a night as part of a road trip.

Pool and water slide appeared old and deteriorated.

The property and the level of customer service has taken a tremendous step back in the last six months

I did not like that I booked a pet friendly hotel and paid on expieda only to have a 25.00 pet fee upon check in , so we checked in at 1030 checking out aprox 6am for a totally cost of 176.49 25.00 pet fee charge at check in

Was surrounded by large plaza, which was good, but unfotunately construction happening all around. Very confusing and messy to manage around

It was a clean, spacious room. However, the bathtub was missing a plug. When I called the desk they could not understand that the plug was missing. We stuffed a facecloth in the drain, so that my 92 yr old mother could have a bath. Later I went to the desk, and the receptionist took me to another room to show me how to push the button to close the tub. I explained there was no button present. I asked her if I could take the one in the empty room, she agreed and I unscrewed it and installed it in our room. I think having a plug in the bathtub should be part of the room ready checklist. There was only one washer and dryer for the guest laundry for the whole place. The washer requires 12 quarters for a single load and only one of the slots on the machine was accepting quarters. The dryer took 2 loonies. It was well used so several trips to the main floor were required to do two loads of wash. Finally, the two days that I was there, there was a crew patching holes in the parking lot with asphalt. I drove from Saskatoon to this hotel without any problem, but on the first morning a back to tire was absolutely flat. A tow truck was required and then a trip to Fountain Tire. Very quick service from them, by the way. They found a 1 inch long piece of metal in my tire. I had no issues on the highway, so I wonder if this happened in the hotel parking lot. I was going to mention this to the hotel, but was not able to wait for a front desk person to be available. Annoying experience!
