Walls are thin, as I could hear the people talking in the room next to me. It was a little annoying. Otherwise, it was a decent place to stay.

I needed a place to stay due to not wanting to drive an hour away after a group outting. I looked for affordable hotel rooms and Red Roof Inn showed up on the app. Due to their good rating, I decided to give them a chance. From the time I arrived, the gentlemen at the front desk was Amazing. We had small talk about my trip and where I was originally from and what we had in common. The outside of the hotel could use some cleaning, but my room was superb. My only "grow" for the room would be for the spring to be checked because every time I laid down or got up from the bed it sounded like someone was hitting the side of a desk. Other than that, the room reminded me of a Holiday Inn Express. There were no visible holes or cracks or broken pieces of furniture. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. The room was peaceful. I would definitely stay here again. E.A. from MD.

the sleeping/main area looks like it had recently been remodeled, but the bathroom was a completely other story. The bottom edge of the bathroom door was gouged and missing pieces, the ceiling was covered with mold, just an unsightly mess. Why not remodel it all?

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. TV and wifi worked fine. Bath was full of what looked like vacuuming dust. Sink didn’t drain well. Rest of bathroom was clean and working well. Great location.

The room smelled like smoke, there was mold in the bathroom, overhead fan was missing the cover, surge protector was falling apart, bugs on the walls, no bar soap or bath was in the bathroom.

The first room we had was not very clean. When I went to the desk and said something, we were given another room that was much nicer.

Room had a weird smell. Toilet rocked back and forth. Tank was also loose. Faucet in the tub was loose. Handle on sink faucet was also loose. Soap dispenser at the sink was broken - this was the only thing the attendant fixed while we were there. Cleaning person did not replace all the used towels each day. Only leaving 1. I had to get ones from the front desk as well as toilet paper. Breakfast was pore with limited selections.

Nathan and the other staff that I talked with were wonderful! As I shared with Nathan upon checkout, my mother and I were not impressed with the condition of the bathroom. Despite having an accessible room, the bathroom was not accessible. There were no bars to provide stability for getting in and out of the shower/tub. The door would not close. There were cracked/missing tiles in the tub. Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. The room floors were also dirty - after taking a shower, by the time I walked back to my bed my feet were dirty. The outside is rundown looking and in desperate need of paint. The ice machine was broken and we had to go to the motel next door to get ice. To top off the 2 night stay, we saw a roach the final morning.

Staff was very friendly and got us in very quickly. Room was very nice and updated. Room was bigger than we thought, and the beds were very comfortably. AC worked very well, and the room was nice and quiet from the outside. Our dog never barked once while we stayed.
Breakfast was sufficient, but not many options. However, for the price of the stay, breakfast met our needs.
The only issue was with the shower. The pressure was very low and most of the spouts on the shower head were blocked. In addition, the tub did not drain well at all. When I showered, the water level would get above my feet and take about 15 minutes to fully drain.
They price was unbelievably low compared to other hotels in the area and met all our needs while saving us money to spend dinning out and shopping. Thank you

The sink was extremely slow draining and i had to clean it before using because it was dirty. The coffee pot was nasty looked like toothpaste all over one side. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had no issues,dont know what happened in one year but wont be back. Told the desk clerk about the issues he didnt act concerned and was not apologetic.

1- deceived about handicap accommodations; even with phone contact with the property. 2- bed mattress sank in the middle. 3- phone not working. 4- refrigerator door not seating for good closing. 5- bathroom not handicap accommodating and when flushing toilet the water tank moves. 6- exterior nightlight extremely bright and invaded room. 7- no ice container in room and informed that ice-maker is broken. 8- pool deck area not handicap accessible.

Staff were nice and courteous. The showers need much needed work. Shower curtain had ALOT of mold on it but once I sprayed Tilex mold and mildew on it that took care of the problem. Comfortable beds and the rest of the room was very clean.

If you’d rather not hear dogs barking all the time or charging like they’re going to attack you (not on leashes) don’t stay here. Ice machine and washing machine were out of order. Rooms/property smelled like weed. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Mini fridge barely got drinks cool and took a day for it to do that. I had stayed here before and enjoyed the stay but this time I was very disappointed. No plans to stay here again.

It was convenient and the pricing was within budget. The room was clean and well taken care of. The cleaner fragrance was a bit overpowering when first entering, but it was fine after a few minutes with the AC fan.

Extremely surprised!! I was prepared for a basic one-night road trip motel but this place was great. Updated well equipped rooms, nice bathroom with toiletries, and a solid breakfast. The next time we stay overnight for Busch Gardens, I’ll definitely book here.

I booked a smoke free room and the moment my family and I stepped into the room my children said the room smelled like cigarettes. One of our beds smelled like pee and had stains on the linen. The room was also infested with flies. This is the worst hotel we have ever been in.
