This is our first trip to Brittany region and we could not be happier with the choice of this apartment! Very good location and friendly staff. Roomy , clean and the BATHROOM is HUGE! The kids are so happy that they even beg to extend ! Highly recommend!

Great location, only a few minutes from the center by car. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, the kitchenette very useful. Overall a very positive suprise, we were extremely satisfied, will be checking out the other locations of the hotel chain too.
Note: the confirmation mail stated that check-in is only until 8pm, but we called the hotel and they have a 24/7 reception. There's no need to rush.

This was a very last minute booking as we had been let down badly by the previous "appart hotel" sadly on Hotels.com. So we had a small problem getting in but once in everything was great. Very clean and comfortable. However our nights sleep was ruined by the compressor on the fridge howling every 10 minutes and at 3.00 am my husband found the isolator switch and we got to sleep! Don't be put off though. A very convenient place to stay.

We were charged extra for the parking and also for our small dog which I did not see when I booked so not happy with this, should be more obvious. The mattress was very old uncomfortable and sagging in the middle also it was full of bobbles which I could feel when laying on it. I would not recommend to friends unless they changed the mattresses this room was 108.

Checking in was difficult apparently our key was in a lockbox near the entrance. There was no one at the registration desk and-- since neither of us have phones that work in Europr--we had to get a local resident to call so we could get in. It was fairly disturbing

Well equipped self catering apartment only 15 mins walk from town centre and close to a handy supermarket. Very helpful staff, quiet surroundings and clean comfortable rooms. Stayed 5 nights and were surprised not to be given new sheets/towels during our stay.

out of city, somewhere nowhere. haven't sent us a code for enter the hotel area. we stayed 3 nights,everyday muss new login with wifi,very complicated.

Great value room, good air con, nice big clean bathroom and the bonus was a little kitchenette. A 2 min walk to the bus stop and then you can catch one of the regular buses into the centre of Vanne.

A 30 minute stroll into Vannes but no problems if you like to walk. Excellent hotel for a stop over, everything you need in a standard studio room. Highly recommend.

It was our second stay there and we felt immediately almost at home (even though our home is far away from Brittany and Vannes).
Very friendly and competent staff at the receiption desk, nice rooms. City of Vannes and the beach can be reached by foot, even though it is very quiet at night. Beds are good, Bathing room is really big, shower is perfect....

The rooms and bathrooms were adequate. They were reasonably clean. The towels were small and thin. There is no service in this hotel unless extra payment is made. So the rooms are not cleaned each day. Had I known that I would not have booked it.

Our first time to Vannes by train from Rennes on TGV which we always thoroughly enjoy. Plenty taxi outside,or bus no. 6, arrived in time for check in around 3 pm, very attentive staff, our apartment had a queen bed very comfortable plenty of space, everything we need for self catering for making hot drinks & light meals before going out Vannes is a beautiful town which we will go back soon & will book with the same apartment.

Hotel is easy to find and generally as advertised. The extra fees for everything left a bad taste. 3 euros per night for parking is cheap, but since there is no option but to drive, seems greedy. And don't bother paying for the WiFi, because the signal is very weak and inconsistent.

My husband stayed here for 3 weeks along with several of his employees while working on a construction site in the area. He was very impressed by the standard of accommodation, everything is brand new and the suites were ideal for him and his co-workers to relax in after a hard days work. The kitchen facilities in the room meant that they didnt have to go out to eat every night & they were also able to use the laundry facilities in the hotel to wash their clothes. Also Vannes was a very nice town to spend time in on Sundays when they were unable to work.

It is a brand new hotel a little out of the way but only a short drive to downtown. shopping is close by. Rooms had a kitchenette.

If you need somewhere to stay without any feeling of where in the world you are it's fine.
It certainly is not within walking distance to the beach rather in an industrial type estate close to shabby university accommodation.
Room clean but beds similar to travel lodge in the UK
I booked it for the sauna but we were promptly told that the sauna was out of operation in fact my husband, an engineer, thought that it had never been switched on from new so we feel totally duped as that was the only reason the room was chosen over a list of others.
