We enjoyed the location. Lots of restaurants close enough to walk to and several different types.
We were hoping for free breakfast but food was offered for a cost. We were not expecting to have to also pay daily for parking.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Shuttle broke down & had to pay for a taxi ride to hotel.

Room was clean, bed comfortable & enjoyed the shower. However a few things that would prevent me from staying longer than just an overnight getaway were: extremely small nightstands, small closet, very low toilet and awkward living space. There was a table that pulled out from another table….but, only one chair.
Positive that’s it is close to an open-air shopping area, food & the Long Beach airport.

First impression of the hotel was I felt it was very clean and had a real honey feeling. Lots of area in the lobby to handle anything you needed in fact a group of 4 were playing cards and having dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room layout was different from most rooms with the bed almost feeling like it isolated away from being the first thing you see when coming in the room. Would stay again if in the area.

It was a nice hotel, within walking distance to shopping and food. We ended black ants in our room, which was unacceptable. We let the front desk aware of the situation.

The propane tanks for the fire pits and the heaters were empty. No delivery of new one were scheduled for 2 weeks

The WI-Fi was not working and I went to front desk. They keep saying no one has completed then I should them any of my devices would not connect. I end spending my time with their tech team and they did realized it was down. The next it was working but nothing from hotel said that there sorry or offer anything.

The room was clean and quiet so we were able to get a good night's sleep after a couple of late evenings. Location is convenient with coffee shop and dining nearby. Also easy access to freeways.

My sister and I enjoyed our two night stay due to interior painting being down on our house. We didn’t check in until late evening, so I was pretty delirious and have to thank Louis at the front desk for his patience and kindness. I think I walked to the front at least ten times since I had to do laundry and forgot to ask for supplies and through and through he kept the same demeanor and was such a delight despite the late hour. The machines take quarters and there’s an ATM on site if you need them to give you change. The bistro has scrumptious breakfast too! French toast and farm breakfast bowl were bomb. Overall, a brief comfy stay with huge queen beds. Will be back!

I didn’t like that my sheet had what looked like urine stains in it. I told the front desk lady and she let me know it was too late to say anything.

It was very clean and looks like recently upgraded. Many dining options across the parking lot within 1 minute walking distance. Large shopping center called the LBX within walking distance with everything you might need. Good for a stop flying in or out of LB but not for easy access to beach and sight seeing.

The only disappointing aspect was the Wi-Fi . It didn’t work in the room. It meant I had to go earlier to the office to prepare.

Hotel is new, in great condition and location is super convenient, very clean but noisy; I could hear the alarm from the room next to us and people talking on the hallway.

Make sure to look for the Courtyard by Marriott shuttle and not the Marriott. We ended up at the wrong hotel. Hotel was clean and in a good location easy to walk to stores and restaurants.
