The location and the rooms are very comfortable, something I really liked is that near the hotel you have many restaurant options to either have breakfast or lunch.

the hostess was not that nice, kind of rude but I imagine that was because it was kind of late when I arrived

The staff was nice, it was quiet, it was very clean, smelled good, great location, close to many places banks, grocery stores, Starbucks, the habit burger, clothing stores, etc

I feel you should not be charged for parking, that should automatically come with the price.

Location was great and felt safe. Hotel was clean and updated. Cell service was not good. My room was near the lobby and was loud with guests at night. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially Princess.

The location was excellent !! Less than 10 minutes from The Long Beach Airport and Resturants .. Even Walmart was close. And the Staff was excellent 👌🏾

I would recommend that guest not be charged for parking, but everything is excellent at this location

It was under construction, and nobody told me that when I booked the room. I was also charged more than what I booked at4im booking.com.

The rooms were nice, modern, well-designed and practical. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating.

Did not have breakfast on the premises due to the limited hours the Bistro was open as it closed too early in the morning. The room itself was nice, practical, and comfortable. The hallways and parking lot were a different story. The hallways felt too hot and during our stay half of the building/elevator was inaccessible due to the ongoing remodeling/construction going on in the second floor which then spread out to the lobby area. We were limited to use only one elevator at one end of the building which oddly enough was being used by the construction crew to haul debris out of the building. The laundry room was closed due to water damage caused by a broken washer. The front parking lot was always full causing us to use the rear parking lot that was overrun by construction/moving trucks that sometimes blocked the safe exit from the lot. There was a lot of old furnishings being hauled away from the hotel that spilled into the parking area. The front desk staff was not helpful despite repeated requests to obtain connecting rooms for my children during our six day stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very glad to be able to check in early after getting off a cruise that morning.

It was really comfy and I really loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash installation, I was worried I was gonna get the travel size and finish it up.

I’m not sure, but I’m not rich so maybe a little more less expensive. I’m broke but like I don’t mind getting a room, but like honestly I only got it because it was close to my guy’s torpedo tournament.

Service was excellent I checked in very late before a cruise and the attendant gave me water I was very thirsty it was kind of him. Room was clean food in walking distance.
