Apartment was huge and bed comfortable, unfortunately couldn’t make heating warmer so was really quite cold, also the check in process to get the keys was just so much harder than it needed to be - I got communication through email, online chat, WhatsApp and text.

Wonderful apartment. Would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment and very good location in the heart of the old town

Properties were nice. Management was disastrous. Couldn't stay in apt. originally booked b/c of water leak. They moved us to 3 diff. apartments in 3 nights. NOT what you want to be doing when you have 2 1/2 days to explore the city. One person in office was void of facial expressions. Another person in office was sympathetic & apologetic. A regretable experience.

Great apartment walking distance from many great attractions but also convenient to grab a Bolt car from. Flat was lovely with lots of light, a nice shower and plenty of space for relaxing. Highly recommend.

I think this place is lovely in warm summertime, when thick walls are are offering nice shade, but now in wintertime the place was really cold. We were also very disappointed to find out that it's forbidden to make a fire in the fireplace as we booked this apartment specially because it was advertised that it has it and we dreamed of making fire, drinking wine, chat and have a nice time together. There were enough plates and cutlery, but very little of bowls etc, where to put food for several people. Apartment is good in a way that living room and kitchen are in one floor and sleeping in another, to bother less those who want to go to sleep earlier.

Bit of a hassle picking up and dropping off keys. Market area is not accessable by taxi so about 100 metre walk . Ask driver to drop you at tourist information centre.

Much larger than expected, very quiet & secure, excellent all round.

check in is easy and they provide very clear instruction to the rented apartment (walking distance). The apartment is new, clean and close to the main square which makes everything (sightseeing, dining, shopping) very easy.

A spacious apartment in need of updating but clean and in a near perfect location. Roller blinds in double bedroom need replaced as there is a huge gap letting light in, and no curtains to block out the morning light. Bedrooms need mirrors and some more paintings to take the bare look off the walls. The only place to dry hair was the bathroom which isn’t sufficient for an apartment for 4 people. Great view over the old town roofs

Location of apartment if great. The corridor might scare some traveler since it is not reflecting the level of apartment. Also had troubles with refrigerator and jucuzzi

We arrived at the office to collect the keys after an easy 30 min Tram 4 journey for 2 Euro. We had a friendly warm welcome & left our cases until the apartment was ready at 16:00. Lovely apartment on 1st floor right in the centre of Old Town & easy walking distance to all the main sights. Nice 1 bed place with kitchen & everything needed for our 4 nights. Sun in the morning & shade from midday - perfect so not too hot. Obviously some noise as right in the centre, although nothing that spoiled our visit. Tallinn City Apartments staff were superb throughout & easy to contact. WiFi useful in apartment as was satellite TV. Best supermarket 15 minute walk, although two smaller ones nearby. Excellent food court too in supermarket (Solaris) - 3 course meal with lots of choice for around 12 Euro! Bank museum next door worth a visit as lovely architecture. Once again - great staff at Tallinn City Apartments 10/10 customer care!

Excellent location. Very easy check in and out. The apartment was very spacious and there was ample room for 7 people. Only downside was having one bathroom.
