Very nice place. In this day and age I find it unbelievable that there is NO recycling basket in the room, dinning room or anywhere in the building. Why are the cardboard plates not being recycled?
What place nowadays doesn’t recycle? Very sad

Room and premises: very clean. No elevator to 2nd level. Our room did jot have smart TVs. Breakfast: average. Adequate parking. Location: good.
Suggest hotel provides milk/cream for the coffee machine outside breakfast hours. Upgrade TVs

Quiet, clean and comfortable, I slept well and enjoyed my stay. Nice breakfast, no frills but with great shopping & restaurants nearby which you can walk to. Will stay again the next time I'm in Midland.

The lady working front desk when I checked in was amazing! Super friendly and courteous. The overall stay was excellent. Breakfast was good and convenient. . DEFINETELY would recommend this motel 🌻

Comfortable amenities inside our room with the climate control activated. Adequate lighting but could be brighter with a ceiling light fixture. Minimal noise from guests above and beside our 1st floor location.

No elevator. Room had a stale almost mildew smell. Window too small. Room was too dark even with all the lights on. Breakfast was mostly junk food and not nutritious. AC unit was very noisy. Would not stay there again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice and clean hotel, front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Facilities and furniture were a bit dated but was not a problem for us. Breakfast options were good as well.

When I walked into my room it smelled musty/moldy/damp. Not a good smell at all. I had to spray body spray to make it smell better. Still didn’t get rid of it. At first I thought it was because the air conditioner was on low but the second night when I entered the room with my air conditioner on high (cooler) it still smelled the same. Not someplace I would stay again unless they maybe replace the carpets to flooring? I don’t know. But it definitely wasn’t worth the money paid for the room.

Not a premium motel but new and very well kept. If you are in Midland for 1 night and need a reasonable place to stay, this is great!

Only issue was people above us on the 2nd floor was someone walked heavily a lot back n forth. This did go on later in evening and in the mornings. We were getting just a bit annoyed. Otherwise the hotel was quiet and staff was pleasant.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor picnic are with a roof and tables, as we enjoy BBQing some of our dinner meals and relaxing.

The room and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was good (bagels, bread, scrabbled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, apples, juice and coffee).
I only wish they had a gym available.

We used this place for two nights while visiting the area. Check in was quick and the front staff was friendly . We lucked into a handicapped room, which meant a huge bathroom. Temperature control for the room was accurate and there was plentiful hot, softened water. The shower was wonderful. The included breakfast was adequate to our needs.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean,not worn and was well maintained. My wife and I felt very comfortable there and will definitely stay there again.

The rooms looks like brand new. Loved the cleanliness of the bathroom and carpet. There was a folded friendly towel decoration on the bed. Made me smile as I entered the room. The facecloths were also nicely pleated and decorated the other hanging towels on the rack. Overall, it was one of best places I have stayed at. I did mention that the little fridge was a tad noisy. I gave my brother the brochure and he is planning on staying there too!!
There was no traffic noise.
