Room small rugs dirty . Bathroom was at least clean ! Area around hotel weed clogged. Very unkempt was afraid to walk barefoot in the room because wall to wall rug very dirty looking.

There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands.
There isn't a lift inside the building and it was very uncomfortable to take our suitcases on the spiral stairs until the second floor.

Reception was very rude. They acted like we weren't wanted there, and checking my family in was a hassle. The hotel parking lot was decent, but hard to get in and out of. The room had a very strong musty smell and my throat still hurts from it. Breakfast is good, though not many options and very overpriced. Mattress was hard. No soap or shampoo provided. Bathroom was fairly dirty.
I would recommend looking elsewhere for a hotel in the same area, there are plenty.

Stay was good, parking had plenty spacex, reception quick and easy. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Only issue was the shower which only stayed up when facinb the wall which mskes it awkward.

This hotel is set back in a courtyard from the main road. As such, it is a very quiet setting... very nice to relax. The staff was super friendly. My room was small but super functional and with everything needed to work or just chill.

We stayed 3 nights, 1+2, as we liked it in the first night on our way to Zurich and we changed our plans and stayed the other 2nights on the way back. The location is perfect to walk to and back to Stanislas Place and city center and the station.
The room is clean, spotless.
The staff helpful and smiling which makes you feel welcomed.
And the car park, that’s a big plus

Nice room, nice bed, friendly staff, good location, nice breakfast. Couldnt really fault it. The standard room is a bit small, ok for 1 maybe 2 nights but if staying longer maybe get a larger room.

a bit of a basic hotel. Very friendly reception, and helpful in finding a restaurant.

Hotel is fine, but not great. Location is great: close to town and the train station and it is located in a bit of a courtyard so it was nice and quiet. The hotel itself is very simple, and while the room was in okay enough shape, it was a bit dirty still especially the carpet and the room is absolutely tiny. Additionally, the hallway was loud at night and especially early in the morning as the doors are really loud for some reason. But for the price it was all reasonable.

Perfect for an overnight stop in Nancy, the rooms are tiny but have everything you need. It has parking and is walking distance to the town.

Rooms were small but very well designed which compensated. A good location for visiting Place Stanislas and endless good restaurants as well as the Musee de l'ecole de Nancy. Good private free parking and helpful staff.

Close to the station and walkable to main and several other sightseeing sites.
Reasonable room price comparing to other hotels.
Regret that the room facing the parking was allocated to me, they said all rooms were occupied but it was doubtful.
Staff members and hotel guests were smoking in front of the hotel so I was unable to open the window.
If the hotel is all non-smoking facilities, smoking section should be secluded from the rooms.

Great location, very quiet, ample parking, helpful English speaking staff. I have stayed here in two different years. This year it was during a heat wave, and unfortunately there was no air conditioning.

Good customer service, location (close to train/tram/bus station). 24hr service. Speaks English. Superior room is comfortable (has AC, coffeemaker). Double room is basic (no AC).
