The facility is clean. Comparatively, what we paid was fair. Only complaint was that there's no exhaust fan.

The card I had given for guarantee was charged 12 hours before my check in making it difficult for me to use another card for payment at check out.

The drainage of the basin is a bit blocked. The mattress is sunk in and unsupportive. I need to put a folded towel to support my lumbar when sleeping.

The hotel although an older building our room was clean and comfortable, it was a cool day so the heating was great. The restaurant attached was excellent for breakfast.

It was a late check-in around 11:30 pm. The front desk was helpful. The internet is reliable for work. The negative side is they will call your attention right away to check out even if it's 10:55 am. I asked if they could give us a few minutes because we were still getting ready. Usually, the hotel gives a lenient til 12

Up graded to kitchenette as I requested atop floor. This slowed up check in. Old renovated some motel.
The water didn’t get Hot consistently it was warm, I used stove to heat water to have a comfortable bath after skiing. Full weekend so Tammy gave me breakfast for the inconveniences, Wi-Fi went down Sunday evening. Pretty noisy, quiet hours were respected. Tight parking for full size trucks.

The hot water tap was broken and burnt us, the bathroom door was hard to close and the hot tub was way below normal temperatures and o couldn’t find the keys. Also, the air conditioner didn’t work and they said that we couldn’t use it in winter.
Otherwise, staff were friendly and did work on fixing problems.

Rooms are dated and the water is intermittent when utilizing the shower, floors creak and doors are hard to shut. Minimal ability to control the heating.

Spent 1 night and it was great!
The hotel is the farthest from the city center of Jasper, but it’s such a small city that it doesn’t really matter! Clean room, friendly staff! Thin walls, but our neighbours were respectful and didn’t stay up to late.

It was a nice relaxing stay and the front desk staff were very nice.

Property was very clean. It was quite far from the main shops and restaurants about a 15 mins walk. My only complaint is the rooms were very hot and even though we turned off the heater and left the window open all night it was still too hot for sleeping.

Just went out to jasper from Edmonton for a overnight trip. For the price this place was worth it. Nice bed pool was warm enough and the hot tub was great. Place is a little old but they are trying their best

Great value for the price! We had a kitchenette in our room, it was great. Staff & their service was outstanding. It’s an old motel/hotel that has had some renovations. The only complaint is that we could hear the people above us ( walking, going to the bathroom etc.) it was loud. Once they settled down, we had a great sleep:)

We had a nice day in the maligne lodge, everything was clean and the staff was really sympathetic!
But the TV wasn’t working properly, and we got disturbed by the train passing by.
But the place was great I recommend this place !
