The room had fan which was good enough. No AC but worth for 44euro.

I would not stay here again if it not was absolutely necessary. Room smelled like smoke, was in a bad neighbourhood (industrial area), no AC, was warmer in the room then outside (30+ all night). It was cheap, but still not worth it If this is your only option, sleep in your car

I liked this hotel despite its flaws as for the price (25 euro per night) you can't do much better. The room and more importantly the bed was clean although the decor was tired. The reception closes at 11pm which I find bad but otherwise it was ok there. The WiFi was good enough to work from and otherwise I had a decent stay. I'd come back provided my room was the same.

The property does have a nice lobby for welcoming any visitors, courtesy of service staff is good, room (one bed, table, stool and a little wardrobe) and bath room (shower) are big enough, but the bath room soon needs a renovation, WLAN is free-of-charge and does not always work, but the service tried to fix it within a reasonable amount of time

Very sub standard hotel for the price. The staff were nice. The breakfast was ok. The rooms are very tired. The tv had 3 channels working. Don’t stay unless you need to.

Very cheap accomodation. Ample free parking. 24-hour check-in. Good Wi-fi. Room and bed satisfactory but no air conditioning or fan, so room is hot during the summer. Bring eye shades to sleep at night as curtains do not block out light. Good value for the price and convenience.

Isolated location we checked in late so all we saw was a very empty parking lot underground and the not so clean room. However, once in the room we felt safe and when we were checking out everyone was very nice and the lobby is nice. We got this room for a very discounted price and sell for the price it was better than we expected it to be

The hotel was good value for stopping over for the night on a long journey trip. The local area is not very attractive but its close to major cities around if that helps. It was quiet and comfortable to get some rest for long day of driving

Comfortable, but the rest is a little bit less expensive, and the service is minimal.I don't think it's such a good place.I think we need a lot of improvement.

"being old is OK". this is the price I paid for; but "being dirty" is totally unacceptable. the carpet of the room was clearly not vacuumed. the bed sheet and cover had funny smell. I was not sure if it had been changed after last guest. I could not sleep all night because of that smell. I was very unhappy about the quality.

Terrible experience, horrible hotel, keep away from there! Extremelly unpolite receptionist, poor customer service, missing towels in bathroom, small, dark room. Breakfast for extra charge was a misunderstanding: very poor choice, always something missing, fresh bread mixed with old, etc. Fights for everything. Penalty for breaking key which was very weak and easy to damage.

Room was very expensive for what it was, room was cold. No mini bar not even a fridge. Was meant to be no smoking but clearly in the corridor people were smoking

This hotel is located in an industrial area. The hotel was very basic/plain. We were suppose to have a telephone, refrigerator, robes/slippers......& our room did not. We registered for a double bed & were given 2 single beds. We discussed this with the woman at the front desk who was annoyed that we would request a room change. As a matter of fact, every time we approached her for a question/concern, she was rude, nasty, & absolutely miserable. We ran out of toilet paper & went to the front desk to ask for some. She actually told us that housekeeping wasnt in yet & that we would have to wait. She was horrible. We never got her name but she had long dark hair. The other female employee had short dark hair & she was very pleasant. There were 2 male employees who were also very pleasant. The miserable woman seemed to be the Boss/run the show. We would NEVER return!

For the first time the WLAN was not working :(.I choose the hotel because its close from where I have appointment the next day.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a young man who barely spoke English. We finally conversed with him in French telling him that the first "comfort" room he offered us, tiny and ground floor out to the parking lot as it was, simply wasn't acceptable. So we were sent to the top floor. The room on the top floor hadn't been cleaned at all. It was in appalling state and we were told that the maid had just gone home. After a lot of back and forth we were given a room on the 3rd floor (corner room, bright and nice except for the 14 or so inch 10-15 year old square TV which was so small that from the bed we couldn't watch at all the German only programs of the 8 or 9 stations offered). We always look for hotels with "high-speed Internet in all rooms" offer. This hotel knew (according to the front desk clerk) that the wireless Internet didn't reach beyond the 2nd floor. No word of that in any of their advertising. We ended up using our phones' Internet connection at a significant extra cost. Overall, we definitely would not recommend this hotel to anybody. It was a bad experience.

Location in a warehousing complex and a bit far from Hilden Station.. Taxis needed when it rained and to get to town centre for meals. Basic hotel.. clean and tidy. No problems with service.
