Great smaller hotel on the prom. One of the few with AC if that's important to you.

We absolutely loved staying here and it's right on the ocean. Bonfires, lots of great food, felt so safe, not too expensive but top notch area!! Comparing "We visit WA coast several times a year" but will say Oregon coast specifically Seaside is our favorite place out of WA and OR coast. Seaside, is not as rural, lots of places to eat and stay unlike Washington coast, which is not well maintained and places like Ports Angels terrify me now due to being drug and homeless filled. We will be visiting Oregon Coast and staying in this beautiful beach hotel from now on!

Beautiful room with panoramic views. What else can you have better than that? I enjoyed every moment of my stay.

Was a decent place to stay, staff seemed friendly and there was no problems with service. Had a good view of the beach. Bed was comfy and clean. Just did not seem worth the price. 300 for one night and there were big stains all over the carpet. The restaurant downstairs is not open but there are plenty of food places around so that’s not a huge issue. Walls were thin I heard a lot of noises from the other rooms and plumbing noises when someone flushed or used their shower. No magnetic cards, you get a physical key which seems a little outdated. Didn’t seem like room service was a thing either. All in all, it’s not a bad place to stay but just worth half the actual price you pay for it.

We last-minute got a room here and was assigned the NW Timbers room - loved it!!! The jacuzzi in the room was extremely awesome, though I will say it was located upstairs in our room (yes, upstairs, it had two floors) so if you're chair-bound, consider that fact. The bathroom was very small as it was just a toilet, and the one-person shower and jacuzzi were above. Strange layout but honestly, I dug it. Not to mention the view of the beach was UP-FRONT, capable of seeing the whole beach. Phenomenal views. We got to see the sunset out of the beach's winds which was great since we were traveling with our 3-year old. Pretty fairly priced for this location, if you ask me. Would definitely stay here again. But fyi, their parking left a little something to want, but there's really nothing they can do about that. Besides, it's not about the parking lot when we do this kind of traveling, right?

The view from the room was fantastic. The layout of the room was unfortunately very odd.

We really liked this quaint hotel. I appreciated the elevator and close parking. And it was quiet and clean. Our dog enjoyed her stay also. We liked the hotel very much. I recommend it.

No complaints except windows do not open. Some rooms have small windows that will but we had a room where not one window was allowed to be opened (sealed shut). The blinds were also held up by tape. This was not mentioned on site. Also, the restaurant below is permanently closed. Other than that. Beautiful room, clean and great ocean access.

Loved our room - completely remodeled and spacious. The view was amazing and room comfort - a perfect fit.

Close to the downtown hub and turn around. It was also equipped with the essentials we needed-- refrigerator, coffee maker, TV with great reception ad comfy bed. Over-priced but we realize it is still prime time for the end of summer and Every place is expensive!

Cute spot. Loved that it was two blocks from city center and on the beach so that we could walk along the promenade. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend trying to get a room with a jacuzzi tub.

First of all the staff was very pleasant. Please beware when booking the annex 2 bedroom suites as there is no view and the area behind is a parking lot with an unkept area right behind in the property ( plant some flowers!). The picture I saw on Expedia led me to believe we had a kitchen but our room did not. There was no area to gather. I asked if there was another 2 bedroom and had to pay 50.00 more dollars to get the room I thought I would receive. This was another annex rooms and are next to the office and not part of the large facility that faces the ocean. I will say the room was clean and spacious with fireplaces, full kitchen etc.

The room was nice and cozy and it had a good sized bathroom. We had a small, sliver of a view to the beach, but it was one of the lower priced rooms so I wasn’t surprised it wasn’t all oceanfront views. Overall a lovely stay!

Beautiful mostly updated room. The enter to the build is unlocked all day. There was a man resting in the hallway. Not sure if he was homeless. The windows don’t work very well. One room no window screens. The windows from the bottom makes it easy for kids to fall out. The AC was only in one room. So the combo was slightly uncomfortable. The bed had body dents in it. But still slept okay. The ocean view was breathtaking. Would love to stay there again and hope they redo the windows next.

I thought I was reserving an ocean view, paid 4star rates for 2star room, then had to pay additional fee to "upgrade" to the ocean view I thought I was reserving. Housekeeping needs to check the bed skirts-sloppy job there. Carpet is old & showing signs of wear - I didn't feel it was clean enough to walk on without slippers. Registration desk staff congenial.

Amazing room, beautiful, and the property is right by the beach!

So close to beach, big space lots of room. No broom, which would be nice considereing the sand from shoes etc or ice trays. Tv did not work. They did make an effort and attempt to try twice but I think they know this tv does not work at all. We like to spend time resting in bed as we have 2 businesses we like to relax and unwind in bed, so we could not hook up our Netflix to the tv either. This was disappointing considering the price was 1000.00 for 2 nights.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything, beach access, nice staff and beautiful room! Would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Room was not as advertised on the site. I am assuming some rooms were remodel, we got the one that was not. Old and smelled musty carpet and furniture. Will not be staying there again.

We had a great time. Recently remodeled room (4th floor). Wonderful soaking tub. Refrigerator, microwave and Keurig were greatly appreciated. We parked in arrival then walked the promenade to downtown Seaside, did drive until we checked out.

Nice place. Loved our room. We would stay here again. One drawback is that the beach/prom access is not handicap accessible. You have to walk down one flight of stairs or walk a block down the street and then turn toward the beach.

The "suite" we stayed in was misrepresented as part of oceanfront hotel. It was not oceanfront. It was the upstairs to a separate tiny building that was not on the ocean and which did not have an ocean view. We could not even get to the ocean by walking through the main building. We had to walk around the block to get to the ocean.

Room was large and comfortable. Easy access to the promenade and beach. Other rooms had noisy dogs, early mornings and later evenings. Hallway Ice machine was very noisy, bathroom overhead fan was on whenever light was on.

The room was excellent, great location. Friendly staff. Only negative feedback is the bed was a bit too soft. I would definitely book here again in the future.

Room was recently updated and super clean. Fake fireplace was okay. Jetted tub was small, but very nice. Location on the prom near the turn around was great. Ocean view was amazing. Check in staff very polite and professional. Overall, rated 4 was expense vs experience and amenities, the price a tad high. Otherwise, a nice stay

bedrooms weren’t as fancy as anticipated from seeing it online. mold in the bathrooms, got a “partial view” room that the ocean view was only seen through a tiny window. no windows would open, and fireworks lit off all night that sounded like gunshots.

This is a strange place to stay. We felt like it was clean but there are a few repairs needed- window in 2nd bedroom has no lock or screen. Nice layout for a family needing 2rooms. But the unit is in the parking lot- next to another parking lot so outside voices, noises etc are very clear There is a nice kitchen unit and seating area downstairs with wood flooring. Upstairs has carpet which is stained with bleach and other stains. Towels were older and had some stains. Good family option but strange set up with outside noises from surrounding parking lots and people.
