We were in town for an event at the college. It was very convenient to everything, staff was very helpful with directions, accommodating an early arrival as well as questions about the town.

Overall it was a alright stay. The beds aren’t that comfortable so sleep was restless. There were no towels in the pool area and we are pretty sure there was a family that wasn’t staying at the hotel using the pool. Not a huge deal just odd. Breakfast was so so. No fresh fruit and mainly carb options. Hard boiled eggs were like rubber and the scrambled eggs were on the watery side which made them mushy. This was our first stay at a Comfort Suites and we probably won’t choose this chain again.

Cleanliness was perfect. We actually started trying to find something and couldn't! No,it isn't brand new, so carpet isn't spotless. But everything that housekeeping takes care of was flawless. Very comfy bed, super quiet. Breakfast was standard hotel fare with the mini omelets, sausages, etc.
We usually rely on holiday inn Express, but this place has me checking out comfort suites for the rest of our trip!

The bed was uncomfortable and you felt springs in your back. The bed and box cover were dirty and stained. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the tissue box was full of balled up used tissues.

Overall a good hotel. Newer, and clean for the most part. Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, nice outdoor sitting area. Only complaint, our room, 102, smelled of dog. No, we didn't have a dog. The room was nice, but the smell. Hotels should not put people who aren't travelling without dogs, in rooms that have had dogs in it.

This hotel was ok. There was black mold around the air vent on the ceiling. The shower floor was clean, but there was a lot of mildew around the edges. The staff were nice, but not really friendly. You can tell it’s an older hotel that has been renovated. The beds were ok, and the TV was nice.

When we asked for sheets for the pullout we were told "we don't have sheets for those" After asking for at least "something" to cover the mattress with, the front desk finally suggested they could give us some Queen size sheets. When we went to put the sheets on we discovered that the mattress was ripped open all the way down one side.

Filthy carpet in the hallway, dirty carpet in the room, and the bathroom smells. I chose this hotel due to the high rating and was thoroughly disappointed

There is a problem with water pressure. The water in the shower slowed to a drizzle then stopped completely. Then it started again and went to a drizzle again but did not completely stop.
The room was great with a full sofa but you couldn’t watch tv from the sofa, only the bed. This might be fixed by hanging the tv on the wall with a hanger that rotates.
Breakfast was adequate on Saturday. On Sunday morning the hotel was quite full with a Boy Scout troop and a large number of high school athletes. We went to the IHOP next door as the hotel was out of food around 9:00.
Perhaps they didn’t plan well or an employee who was to work the breakfast room called in sick.
