The home is lovely and has a picturesque hallmark card exterior. We were greeted by the owner, a lovely woman that was very forgiving of us arriving so late. Very accomodating and made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast was superb, with a good selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and cooked breakfast; all table specific with no need to share with other guests.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom spacious and including both shower and bath. There was a small tv in the bedroom and wifi. The view from the window included open fields and some ponies.
Easy to find location, close to Longleat and Bath for day trips.
All in all, exceeded our expectations and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful quaint B&B 10mins from longleat. Owners are really friendly, rooms very clean with everything you need. Only drawback was the bathroom was very small, the shower felt claustrophobic. But apart from that perfect. Breakfast wonderful and filled us up for the day. Thank you xx

Quiet and relaxing place, excellent breakfast. Close to the town but felt miles away as the farm is surrounded by beautiful countryside scenery. Rooms are immaculate. Tricia welcomed with a delicious cake and tea.

Trish was very welcoming and we had tea and cake ready for us on arrival. The room was lovely and clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was tasty and we were spoilt for choice. Overall we will definitely come back if we ever want to stay in the area again. Katie & Connor

A pearl in the countryside, a warm farm house delicately decorated with a nice feeling of being at home. Comfortable rooms, fully home made English breakfast served in a cosy dining room. Trisha, the owner, welcomes you with a nice and sincere open smile like you were a longtime friend. Amazing! The place, just at the edge of Warminster, is close to main tourist icons, parks and other activities. A place to stay!

Fabulous weekend staying at Home Farm. Tea and cake on arrival ( worth going just for the cake) was a brilliant touch. Breakfast was just as good. Trisha does poached eggs just right. Darren loved the full breakfast just as much too. Location is ideal for longleat. We will definitely be staying again.

A lovely quiet spot, but still within walking distance of the town centre. Tasty breakfast, great room and Trisha was a very friendly and welcoming host. The room was spotless and had everything we needed.

Trish is the consumate host, welcoming her guests with tea and fantastic, home made cake! She was also a fnt of local knowledge, and is also able to procure discounted tickects for come local attractions. The room was clean, well-lit and the bed was comfortable. The property itself is convenient for all the local sites, and is close enough for a pleasant walk into Warminster for dinner. Trish caters well for vegetarians for breakfast, and all in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Colin and Trisha were very welcoming ,the room was lovely ,had a very comfortable two night stay ,breakfast was very good ,all in all perfect ,we will stay with them again .

A very friendly and helpful welcome was made when we arrived rather late in the day. The room included a king sized bed, mini kitchen facility including a fridge, comfortable chairs and TV. Everything was beautifully clean and cosy; we would have been happy to have stayed much longer but were only on an overnight stay. A wide option was available for breakfast, including vegetarian, and was delicious. We enjoyed good conversations with our hosts and would be happy to visit them again when next in the area.

I cannot praise this B&B enough. Very welcoming owners. Tricia is very helpful and friendly.My room was very pleasant and I had all that I needed. Very close to Longleat.I would highly recommend to anybody. Breakfast was excellent.All in all, a little gem!

We would highly recommend this B&B. Trisha and Collin were fantastic- they were welcoming, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely set out and spotlessly clean. We will definitlely be visiting again.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Trisha is lovely and our room was so comfortable, light and airy. The whole area is peaceful and yet you are only a few miles from Warminster and Longleat. We spent two nights at Home Farm and I could happily spend a week! We will certainly return.

Our first stay at Home farm..as soon as we drove up the drive..the house looked so inviting!!
A very warm welcome from Trisha....she showed us to our room..which was beautifully decorated....We enjoyed a welcome Home made cake and fresh tea...in the light and airy dining room...the breakfast choice was everything to could wish for.....we have already booked for Nov.....a first class B &B....!!!!!!!!

We received a very warm welcome at Home Farm and thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay there. Trisha was most attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful – the perfect hostess. Home Farm is beautifully kept throughout and the perfect setting for a country break; our rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious, with lovely views, and the breakfasts were delicious - Trisha had clearly anticipated our every wish. We can highly recommend this lovely accommodation and would happily return in the future. Many thanks to Trisha and Colin for their hospitality!

We had a lovely 2 day stay at Home Farm. Thank you, Trisha and Colin you have a lovely home and made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived to the minute we left and those breakfasts were superb, set us up for our days out to Longleat and Salisbury. Will definitely visit again.

I stayed at this B&B with my family including 2 young children. As far as I am concerned, this place is as good as it gets in it's class. Welcoming, clean, comfortable, attention to detail, superb breakfast - I have nothing negative to say about any aspect. Highly recommended.
