The housekeeping would not come daily to change garbage or leave clean towels or toilet paper. I spoke with the front desk she was very friendly. Housekeeping came one time after I called front desk.

There were dead roaches in the floor, one day did not get any house keeping and next day only got one clean towel and no bath rags. I reported the day without house keeping to attendant who said all they could do is try to reach house keeping because attendant did not have access to clean linens or towels. Never heard from anyone.

The staff here were super nice and friendly. This was a great place to stay. I was able to back my boat right up to the door to my room which was great for being down here for fishing.

Booked a Non-smoking room. Arrived and the room smelled of a freshly smoked cigarette. Towels, bedding all stained. Cigarette holes in bedding. Clumps of hair on floor. Dirty toilet. Flys coming from the nasty hole in sink. Got email from hotel that we wouldn't get room service. Came back to our room after leaving for a couple hours someone came in took dirty towels and again smoked in the room. No pool. Advertised there's a pool but nope it hasn't worked in years apparently. AC didn't work properly.

Room was dirty. Sheets were stained and dirty. Went to the desk and they gave us another room. It was worse than the first room. I had already checked in. I told them we weren’t staying there. She said her manager would have to give a refund on my card. I hope they are honest enough to do it. No way anyone should stay there.

We enjoyed our stay there. We appreciated the comfortable beds and were glad for the shampoo, clock, note pad, pen, and hangers which were missing in the hotel we stayed in the previous night.

False advertisement. No operational pool. No continental breakfast. No coffee in rooms. Supposedly last pack given out. Room service was okay.

The housekeeping staff were wonderful! The property has closed its pool, and apparently do not intend to reopen. The sites that assist with booking should know that they don’t allow the pool to be used & that pets are not free to stay. When I booked this 1 reason we chose this location was the advertised pet friendly and there was no mention of additional charges for pets. However, they billed me an additional $200 for our pets.

Location was excellent for my travels . Room was dirty . Trash behind the bed !! Stains and cigarette holes in linen . Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water . Towels were very clean and white . Some lights were broken and didnt work .

The door to the outside had no weather-stripping, and you could see large gaps to the outside- resulting in all kinds of flying insects in the room.

They had to move us three times because the non smoking room smelled of smoke. After we went in the third room we gave up and stayed in it even though it smelled of smoke. The floors were not vacuumed there was stuff all over them. The counter in bathroom was falling off of the wall and the sink was stopped up. When I reported these problems at check out the attendant said “ok”. He didn’t seem to care at all.
