The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the pool was green and broke.

The place advertised a pool. The pool was closed. Did not state this fact on website. No refunds allowed. Got no discount. Was not allowed to have a visitor. It was ridiculous. A lot was tore up in the room. I would never recommend this motel.

It was a decent place to stay. Just a parking was very difficult. The rooms are we’re kind of outdated and very basic. Other than that. I can’t complain. I think the price is could’ve been a little less for what the condition was but it is on the beach so it’s expected, I would stay there again

The staff made staying there the best experience. Lots of personal touches. It’s not the big fancy places nearby, but the easy access to the beach and the friendly atmosphere makes the stay so enjoyable. Close to so much. Property is older, but well maintained and comfortable.

It was an awful experience… the room smelled & everything was old & falling apart, the pool was in poor condition, you couldn’t use it❣️

Always pleasant staff, nice rooms, beautiful location. Refreshing change from the corporate owned hotels. Straight up honest American small business.

No trash cans. Cockroaches. Hair n bathtub. Charged visit on wrong card even when td 3x. Check card to hold. Visa to pay. Took money out of checking account. Cost me over draft fees. Not enough towels. Who painted the lines n parking? Wrong way and hard to get n and out! Terrible plAce. Construction at the crack of dawn!

First room we got had a mouse and the outlets in bathroom didn't have covers, we told front desk so they moved us. He said they were under new management. We figured since a lot of building supplies in parking lot. Next room sheets were stained and looked like codee grounds or dirt in bed. Then bugs. We didn't say anything because we were so tired got up early next morning and left. This place needs a lot of attention

Dirty, stinky, loud

There was hair on the pillow cases, on the mirror, towels, and in the shower drain, clogging it up. Long human hairs. Roaches get through cracks around the door. The parking is a nightmare and the lot is completely full after 10pm. Don't bring a big truck. Pool is full of brown water. The area reeks of smoke and people are out and about from dusk until dawn. Should not be available through Expedia. More like a local motel.

Typical roaches crawling around. Sheets were dirty. Used soap in the shower. Towels were dirty. Left over food in the fridge. Place looks pretty decent though for being older. Guys workin there were cool.

It was disgusting, bugs everywhere including the bed, my shoes stuck ti the floor it was so nasty and people using drugs. I left that very day and would appreciate it if you credit one of the to nights.

Front desk agent very rude and seem to be price gouging me after I paid for reservation adding unknown fees and was very nasty place just from front desk left this nasty place not worth your money beware

This place was terrible all around. When we first entered the room, several things were visible. The bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, & 2 bar soaps (that broke on first use). The shower drain was rusted with visible hair clumps just sitting there. The sheets had small spots on them, bed & pillows were hard as rocks. The mini fridge had a cup on the bottom with what looked like fungus in it and the smell of vinegar was enough to make a person vomit. We didn’t even open the microwave. The tv was a giant paper weight. No channels were available, and had cords just hanging off the front of the cabinet for hdmi port. Half of the wall outlets didn’t work. There was a t shirt left behind a chair. The staff were barely available/helpful. When asked for towel exchange, we were handed 1 towel (which also looked unclean). While we were out of the room, someone came in a vacuumed, but didn’t do anything else. Not once was the beds made or towels that were left on the floor exchanged. We observed a lady with a rag and spray bottle coming in and out of rooms & assuming she was the cleaner. Several times we would see suspicious activity such as a man and woman pull up, get out, drop a syringe & needle on the ground & pick it up, enter a room for 20 minutes and leave. Payment is non refundable, and now I know why.

We had to walk and lug our fishing gear two blocks even though we had oceanfront room.i understand the storm damage but they should tell people about the situation.We didn't even stay went to a different place.

What I didn’t like? Full of cockroaches. They were everywhere. In the refrigerator, in the bed, in the chair and walking all around like they were the owners of the place.

The smell iin the room was strong. I had to keep the door open all afternoon to try make it better. There was bugs crowding in the wall and in the floor. The booking was no refundable so I had to sleep there...ouch

There was no pool even though it is proudly displayed on their website. The TV didn't work. The toilet wouldn't flush. And an empty box of condoms was in the trash. I would tell everyone to stay away from this property.

Quiet neigbourhood, near to the beach, very well maintened.
