You get what you pay for - bathroom is rebuilt but some finishes are neglected such as broken light switch cover. Flap on toilet was compromised, so toilet leaked. Staff was informed. Overall good deal for the $. Good location - can walk to great restaurants and EV charging.

It's an older hotel. The room was renovated fairly recently. It was clean and comfortable. The street noise was a little much at night, but that's not the hotel's fault. Good location. Could walk to Safeway, the downtown festivities on Friday night and the attractions on the UW campus.

When we pulled into the parking lot, we were hesitant to check in, but since we had a reservation, we did check in. The guy who checked us in gave us warnings about not smoking in the room, so we were shocked by the overwhelming smoke smell when we walked into the room. My husband, who has allergies, immediately reacted to the smell. We returned to the office and checked out. The neighborhood also looked unsafe. I will do more research next time.

We accidentally double booked, the person at the desk said she canceled the second booking, however, she didn’t and they charged me for both bookings. I am $ not satisfied.

It has fallen into disrepair. What few things that have been done are sloppy. Stained bedspread, bed skirt not properly made. No extra toilet paper in room, cold shower. Electric plugs not working in bathroom, stained bathmats. No instructions to work t.v. Heat to the room minimal. Not the friendliest bloke manning the counter.

Basic, but well-maintained and convenient. The staff at budget in was great, taking care of check in and housekeeping in a friendly and efficient manner. It is located in the main retail district, so restaurants and shops are all conveniently located to the hotel.

Personal was friendly and room was clean, outside loos run down but I really don’t care what a building looks like as long as my room is clean, personal friendly and helpful, which they were. Would stay again

It was great for the price

Not what it is cracked up to be, its very much a run down hotel, portable a/c units piped out the windows they wont close. Bed was well beyond worn out. I wont be staying again

An older property, some updates have occurred. However, the air conditioning is insufficient, television service is poor. Found a trash can in the bathroom with trash from previous guest, and found a washcloth hanging on the shower rod. So, poor attention to cleaning details.

Bathroom cabinet had toothpaste smeared all over the front of it, carpet stained, lamp shades smelled of smoke.

A little rundown from outside, the room was very clean with comfy clean bed, clean bathroom with great towels. Not fancy but a good nights sleep.

The hotel needs major up keep!!! The television didn’t work. There was a strange buzzing sound in the room. Could not figure out where it came from. Finally left.

I really enjoyed the staff and their ability to offer assistance with all of the question that I had about the surrounding area. The service was prompt and very handy.

The decor is not so great, but the staff are friendly, and the location is good. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were soft, and plentiful. The room was clean, and there is no smoking in the hotel, so no stale smoke smell, which was good. We had to ask for shampoo and soap, but once I did, they were very generous with supplying our needs.

No big things to complain about.

Overall out stay was fine. The sheets appeared clean but there were old stains on them that my wife was a little skeeved about. The mattress also needs replacing, caves in the middle so you cant help but roll into it.
