Pictures are deceiving about this place. Rooms are cramped, furniture is old and dated, wood was chipped in my room. TV even though I don’t watch it often, was ridiculously small. And the parking… “is first come, first serve,” or you’re on the street.

Stayed another night

Clean, but no air conditioning. Gone most of the time, so not terribly bad. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving window open in the evening to ventilate cool air. Room was clean but unfinished. In two rooms wires are hanging out & uncovered. Fire alarms are on top of fridge and not placed on ceiling. The motel is mostly well kept, but if I would of stayed longer than 1 night I would of complained about the TVs with no channels to watch.

Nice and clean. Price for room is very reasonable.

It was your standard motel. Small room but comfy bed. Small but good shower. Close drive to Manhattan Beach. Easy parking at the motel

Very responsive owners, the motel is very comfortable and clean and safe and quiet.Free parking on-site. Great location, many amenities in walking distance and much more within 5 minutes drive, including the beach. I was there for more. than two weeks and would book again.

For being a motel I was quite surprised how clean and safe it felt. Great customer service!! I would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay, easy parking, easy check in, and has all the amenities. If you like to sleep with window open, you will hear road noise.

They have a cigarette trashcan right outside our room but don’t allow smoking on the property? They tell you to go out of the property. Makes no sense whatsoever.

I initially had some reservations about staying in a “beach motel” in southern California without knowing the area. My reservations subsided as soon as I checked in. I was extremely happy with my stay at the Seaside Motel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in including 5-star hotels.

Great stay. Really clean and comfy. No funky smells or itchy beds. Just right. Only thing is no Netflix access. But everything is was good.

We had a great stay in Redondo Beach visiting family, and had to return to the hotel late both nights, reducing the patking choices for our very latge truck. Hearing our concerns, the manager went out of his way to insist we take hi spot each evening, and just ring the bell he would awaken and move it! That was so kind. There were fresh linens when we returned the next eve, and 2 new bottles of water waited us! The coffee in the office was excelllent from a fancy machine with plenty of creamer options No breakfast but great coffee and not mpted to cross the street to Starbucks. Comfy bed, and while the room was small it was well appointed with being ao close to the coast. Very comfy

Bobby, the manager was attentive, he made provision for me to check in almost two hours early, he was very considerate. Overall good customer service.

Our room was great! Nothing super fancy but it was clean and comfortable. There is a really good Mexican restaurant a block away and Starbucks across the street. I would stay again.

My girlfriend and I stayed this past weekend. I only booked this motel because of the consistent positive reviews and ratings. However, don't believe all of these reviews, most of them are outdated and misleading. We booked a single bed (queen bed) (Room 24) and immediately noticed that the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air (only cool air) and the "low" "medium" and "high" air blowing levels were not working. Hours went by and the room was still hot. We had the AC on at 61 degrees for hours and the room would not get cold. My gf couldn't even straighten her hair because she was sweating and her hair was frizzing up from the heat in the room. I had to use the restroom with the door open because it was so hot in there. I go down to tell the manager at the front desk, he comes to the room, I explain the issue with the AC and all he said was "this is cold air" "this is a small room so we have a small AC unit for this room" "leave the windows open" " I can switch you to a different room but it will be the same." He didn't solve anything, all he did was argue with us, what terrible customer service skills! The showerhead is not great, it only has one water pressure setting and it's very low, not strong or comfortable at all. The water coming from the bathroom sink was hotter than the water coming from the shower. Our room key was failing to open our room in the middle of the night. Only positive aspect of the room was that it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean, there were enough parking's (few inside), and the location was great for quick access to LAX.

No parking fee. Such a quaint little place for an affordable price near the cleanest beach among L.A. beaches. Owner is super sweet and will recommend places from great mom and pop diners to shopping.

Although the room itself was a bit small it was very nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom looked to be recently updated. We had a fridge, microwave and iron and ironing board. The area was quiet and conveniently located near freeways and beaches. An ice machine was close to the room. Overall a pleasant stay

Everyone is very nice and it is located in a nice location. Very affordable
