Hotel had a decent location, walking distance to the train station and old town. It is very clean and spacious, but there is no cleaning service, so you have to maintain the room yourself.
The walls are paper thin, which was quite annoying, as the electronic locks on the doors could be heard from the other rooms whenever other guests came home in the middle of the night.
Overall, pretty nice hotel and very clean, easy check in and check out, good location, but few services and amenities and paper thin walls.

No hot water is coming out during night time. The reason is because they use a big tank, which they boil everyday. So, if the tank with hot water is empty, no water is coming out anymore. In my case, I took a shower with ice-cold water at first and gave up.

Room was everything we needed spacious, clean and good size. We were on 3rd floor and we knew when booking there is no lift. Clear instructions for check in nice 15 minutes walk to main square

Great family appartement. Two very nice bedrooms. We booked a parking place that belongs to the residence. Its located about 250m away. Sad that there is no breakfast available anymore (it was very good last year). Late CheckIn works good. We received a code & informations via email & there was a safety guy who let us in & helped us come into our room.

Perfect. A convenient location, 5 min walk to the city’s shopping mall, combined with the peacefulness of a quiet residential street.
It is close to the trams, has a wonderful pizza parlour around the corner along with nice little coffee shops too.

The property is well maintained and very comfortable and quiet. Location is great only a short distance from the main train station and Krakow old town. The only slight downside is the location of the plug sockets making it slightly difficult to use straighteners with uk plug near a mirror. Other than that everything was excellent

I liked the fact that it was close to the train station. It would have helped if there was a street map on their site as which streets led you to the apt. location. The instruction for entry into the building were not clear. 1 and key button and 4 digit code provided. Also the box outside of the Apt was not clearly described in the instructions. It hangs on the frame of the door. The code to open the box is so long that it is impractical. So you must carry the key.
But the apartment was very very comfortable. I was doubtful about the two local places to dine out. They turned out to be a nice surprise. So all in all it is a good location for those touring Krakow.

This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in as well as the room being absolutely massive. Everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is convenient for the main bus and rail station being about a 7 minute walk away.
There is no lift so its not suitable for people with mobility problems.

overall this is really great, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is really close to krakow train station, 10 -15 minutes walk with luggage. There is only one shorting coming, lightning, not bright enough.

Fantastic property to stay at when you visit Krakow. Easy walking distance to all attractions, shoppings, restaurants and bars. The staff at the property are outstanding with making you feel at home and providing advice on where to eat, drink and visit attractions. Special mention to Sophie who provided outstanding hospitality.
This property is one of the best we have stayed at, only small but very intimate.
Breakfast vas very impressive with a great choice of fresh foods available.

Very good place: clean, big room, 10min away from the old town, good buffet breakfast, and especially an amazing and very kind staff. I was really amazed by the staff, who helped with all requests (even drying our clothes after a huge storm), this made the stay perfect.

Amazing could not do enough for me and my family. The staff are excellent very very helpful. On a slightly down side, the bed settee in the executive room is very uncomfortable, might need to change this for a better quality bed settee.
Over all though excellent in all other areas of the hotel will definitely be back.

Staff were extremely personable and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding. Stayed here in 2016 and five years later the rooms were still impeccably clean and well maintained. Convenient location. Just a few minute walk from the main train station and "Rynek Glowny." We will definitely return when visiting Krakow.
