To much noise with the remodel going on

Nice and comfortable stay. Only issue were the ants and mosquitos. Air conditioner was very noisy.

Comfortable stay

Stayed right after typhoon Odette. The hotel had a generator and we were able to have water for a shower and electricity before going back home to our neighborhood.

Staff was prompt and courteous. Room was clean. Hotel is old and has only one elevator that was out of service for a day. Location is excellent.

It would have been perfect except for the poor housekeeping service and non-functioning elevator. 😀😀😀

Nice hotel but the wifi is too slow, good breakfast, and helpful staff.

This place uses the wor "convention center" in the title to create an impression. It is a filthy hole. Shocking.

Overall is ok....cannot really said much cause the hotel still under renovation....staff is kind and friendly to meet all needs...

Check-in: Quick and efficient, was allowed to go to my room hours before the official check-in time Service: Service is quick and nice Room: Although looks ok, it’s really far from how it looks in the official photos Bathroom: Had some funky smell, but tolerable Insects: There were warning about sugar ants, but didn’t see any. However, there were two cockroaches which appeared on my first night- At first I wasn’t really really bothered, but then one started flying towards me- had to chase it around and put it to sleep so I could rest. Couldn’t sleep anymore though. The next morning, I told the reception, and they immediately got an insect spray to spray the room. Food: You can choose from a dozen or more items in the menu- tasted ok Location: Near a mall, and on the main street so you could catch a ride right away

Property was closed to mall and shops and service staff at the door and front desk were amazing. Unfortunately hotel room was old and smelly.

The construction going on next door was a nuisance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean although no windows.

Truly amazing service given :) love the time there :) Staff were pleasantly good - great to stay

It’s ok but elevator need to fix

We were able to check-in early, which was a good thing, but other than that, we were disappointed. We scheduled seaport transfers for early in the morning to catch a day trip to Cebu, and we came down to the restaurant 30-45 minutes before 6am. First, the food service was very slow, and it was nearly 6am when the food arrived. At that point, one from our party already went to the front desk to ask if the transfer was ready. We were informed that the vehicle was not yet there, so we asked that they inform us once it arrives since we were at the restaurant waiting. After 15 minutes or so, a van arrives, and one of us asked again, and we were told that it was the airport transfer, so again, we reminded them to tell us once the seaport transfer is ready. At 630, we came to the front desk again only to be told that the next trip is 7am. We ended up not taking their transfer because we would miss our trip. We scheduled it a day before, yet there was no coordination for it at all. The front desk even asked us for the key card before we took off because she thought we were going to check out, when we were not, nor did we ask to check out. We also asked for water refill when we got back, and there was again miscommunication about how we asked for housekeeping in the morning and that they have already given it, which we didn't ask for in the morning. All in all, there needs to be a better system for these because the staff end up telling us different things, which was frustrating.

The place is ok but the towels were old the staff were great

Good location! Staff are very friendly, helpful and very respectful. Restaurants and malls very close from the hotel. Very satisfied❤

A good place if u want to b in city center, other than this it’s a little worn out, specially their beddings. Breakfast is good though, Service, not so pleasant people in the front desk.

It was good clean and enjoyable would stay there again and the staff were all good and friendly and very helpful

This hotel is unusual. The room is spacious with a good shower, but we did not have a window (except a small one that you would want to keep covered as it only showed hotel equipment). The outside of the hotel looks terrible, but inside is ok. I appreciated that there is a small gym, that there is a freee shuttle to the airport, and breakfast is goo, especially the eggs and corned beef. The stsff is pleasant and helpful. Don’t eat at the Dim Sum restaurant next door, but go to Al Fesco’s Bay Italian restaurant two blocks away for good Italian food.

We arrived early around 9am, room not ready come back around 11 as per reception, we come back at 12, our room still not ready since they fixing something as per reception,come back at 1pm I feel irritated we tired of moving around the area, afterwards they said it's ready, but when we got up to room it was dark without Windows, with noisy aircondition, room has moist smell too, I opened the light there is flying insect, I was very disappointed plus on nd off and power supply.i woke up with headache., went for breakfast, ordered tocino that taste like tapa, sour supposed to be sweet right? waited for my fresh fruits to made my day, dang waiters forgot us! they serve unripe pineapple.So disappointed by this hotel.

the staff are nice and very helpful the breakfast is good and i wish they have a good wifi connection.

First time experience booking this hotel. Overall for one night was good.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. One of them (Mark) went up with me to the room, and explained to me the use of facilities as well as the emergency exit procedures.
