I would like to say the best hotel and stuff that i had never been in all my journeys in the world. Thanks a lot from hard.

Very sad experience. One of the cleaning mades was stealing in my room, she got couple hundres dollars cash. As soon as I returned to my room after a city tour in Rio, I found out she opened my bag and grab the money so I went inmedialty to talk to the hotel manager. They made an investigation looking the cameras and key door, they confitmed only 1 person besides myself got into the room that day: May 31st. Unfortunately, they protected their employee, didn't get responsiblity and just went to their "policy" of using the safe box. Very sad, in a 5 stars hotel happened it.

Safe inside room didnt work and no i e came to fix it even after asking for it

My room was lack in cleanliness in details like the bedding and the window, it's a huge building though, and the bed was comfortable. Expedia didn't send a notification after reserving that the pool was closed, but notified this after check in instead , which I found shady. Breakfast was good quality and the staff is kind, I'd stay again just to spend the night not for a long stay.

Nice quiet and clean, friendly staffs, we had a nice size room that feels very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for a total of 6 nights and chose this hotel because we know what we can expect out of a Hilton hotel; however, was disappointed in the fact that there is only one restaurant in the hotel and the menu was limited. The breakfast was decent the first 2 days but after the 3rd day, it was the same stuff I ate the previous day and many times it tasted not as fresh. I was also disappointed in the 3 or 4 doormen who barely greeted you, and never opened the door of our taxi when we got in or out. After awhile we wondered why they were at the door because there was never any interaction with them as we came and went. Other than that, the rooms were nice, the front desk staff was nice and the area felt safe.

Great facility... The best spot in the area.

The infinity pool overlooking the city was a highlight! We had a nice dinner at the restaurant and ended our day walking to the shopping mall. The garden area is so beautiful and a great spot to take some pictures! Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is fine and no complaints about that. It is just very far from the city and in traffic about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Since I did not realise that when booking it made our Rio experience a bit poorer and many way to long taxi fairs.

Cleanliness and nice staff

Friendly staff! They provided a wonderful room and complimentary happy hour. The area doesn’t have much going on. There is a shopping center across the street, but it’s pretty basic. The facilities were fine- spacious, and as expected from a Hilton. However unless your are doing business in that area, I think it’s a bit inconvenient.

The swimming pool and bar view was nice. The rooms are well kept, great housekeeping staff, and the food was delicious.

Really nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The area is quite and looks safe. For this occasion, it’s far away of the places and people I want to see. Not their fault. I think it’s really nice. And the swimming pool at the roof was amazing.

Everything was what I expected except for the fact that because we made reservations through Expedia instead of directly through Hilton we had to pay for our breakfast. $20 per person.

The property of the HILTON BARRA in Rio de Janeiro is lovely. It is well maintained, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully laid out. Well Done.

Beautiful luxury hotel!

This is a beautiful property and very well maintained. My only complaint is good luck getting a cup of coffee. The only place to get a full cup is by ordering breakfast in the restaurant. They do have a carafe of coffee in the lobby with only tiny cups which hold about two sips. If you want to use the coffee maker in your room you have to buy coffee pods from the front desk and they were out of stock when I asked.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Mr Rodrigo and Monique from front desk as well as Cassius from bar and Sales from breakfast were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. For sure it will be my home in Rio from now on. Keep it up and thank you!

Although the hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, they charged us a $50 early check in fee. I’ve stayed in many Hiltons and this has never happened to me, so that was an annoying welcome.

Being an Honors Member I can affirm this is one of the best Hilton to stay with high-end cuisine and super welcoming team. The rooms are a piece of art and comfortable. 10 out of 10.

The property was very clean. The staff was very helpful in every aspect from explaining the hotel’s procedures to their professionalism.

The property very clean and the staff is very nice and location to get food is walkable. Across the hotel is big shopping mall with variety food court.

Nice staff - clean hotel - EXACTLY like on the pictures.

Hotel bathroom floor is extremely slippery, I took a heavy fall and didnt break any bones by sheer luck and the fact that I'm not elder. Extremely risky liability, this would never pass in a serious country.

I felt like I stayed in the safest area of the city. All of the employees adjusted to me speaking Spanish, which was excellent!
