Very friendly staff at check-in. Provided free cookies! Room was spacious and clean. Hotel honored our request to not be on the main floor. Hotel well located and in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Complementary buffet breakfast with reasonable variety and good span of serving hours. Only negative is room did not provide bottle recycle containers and there were none apparent in hotel leaving no choice but to discard plastic bottles in the garbage.

Our family had 5 rooms booked in total as we were coming for a wedding, driving 3 hours to get there. Wedding was at 4 so had to be there for 3:30, checkin was at 3. We requested early checkin and were told several times we would have to call that day, finally I spoke with the manager and she ok’d us to have 2 rooms early for 1:00, we agreed. We got there and our daughter got her room but we were told our room was occupied by a gold member so had late check out and we could not get in as it had not been cleaned yet. I told Reef I would come back down to clear things up with him as we had dogs with us as well and were never made aware there was a fee until we got there that day. In the meantime we went up to our daughters room for 6 of us to get ready for the wedding and I happen to ask the cleaning staff if they had any idea when our adjoining room would be cleaned and they told us it had already been cleaned. I was livid with the front desk clerk as he flat out lied about the room just having been vacated. I honestly don’t understand why you couldn’t go above and beyond to help families out that have traveled a distance to get to their destination for a wedding and not to mention that I had my 84 and 82 year old parents along with me that are not in good health! Instead going out of their way to make our day as difficult as they could! Remember “A little kindness goes a long way!” I will not be booking with them and would not refer any family or friends to book either!

Property and rooms were clean, wifi was good and the breakfast was pretty good.

Room 222 - exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functional. Also could not open window to let in fresh air. Thankfully the A/C was working so we could keep the air decent through the night. Pool was underwhelming, needs a hot tub. Fitness center looked spacious. Breakfast was good.

I liked the location, and the overall appeal.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, in a convenient location (close to restaurants, gas stations, and major highways), it had plenty of parking space, and it’s staff was friendly and courteous.

There was kids running around in the hallway Was the only disappointment but besides that it was an excellent stay

Everything is good

The room was quite dirty ( the surfaces were very dusty and there was what looked like dried snot on the sides of the nightstand , and greasy marks on the tv stand) the sheets had black fuzz and were very thread bare. There were stains on the chairs. Bathroom was decently clean though when showering the tub floor creaked. Staff was very friendly for check in and out. We didn’t use the pool this time so no reviews for that.

Check in was a breeze. Staff were very pleasant and courteous. I know this may seem to be a given, but I really did appreciate the front desk clerk asking me how my stay was on check out. That kind of customer service seems to be lost in other hotel chains.

Probably the best bang for the buck for a hotel stay I’ve had in decades.

We found the bed to be soft and the bathtub squeaky when showering. Other than the bred and tub the hotel was very good. We will stay at this hotel again.

One price with online booking ($145 taxes and fees includued), and then charged $198 for my 1 night stay, and their cheezy booking confirmation didnt show the booking price... Big disappointment and will never book through hotels.com... scam
