The staff were very helpful and friendly. Top notch. The rooms are nice. The final night was awful but that was due to new guests that arrived that day. Their were loud people who were fighting, yelling, and being rude to other guests until very early hours (the cops didn't arrive until 5am). The hotel had to call the cops on them. The hotel did not mention there was a $15 a night charge for parking. That was 75$ per room for our stay and we had 4 rooms.

I did not know prior to booking that there is a skywalk connecting this hotel to the Peoria Civic Center. That was a wonderful surprise, especially since it was cold after the show and we didn’t have to go outside to walk back to the hotel.

The front desk staff was amazing, very helpful with directions, explanations, and my questions.
We did not interact with any other staff nor utilize any of the amenities, although we were informed of them by the front desk. Room was clean for the most part, wasn't sure how well it had been vacuumed. Parking and skywalk was easily accessible.

Perfect location if you’re attending anything at the Civic Center! Room is basic but was clean but worth mentioning that area around the hotel can be pretty noisy though and they charge their guests to park.

The room was nice and clean, but only had one small trash can in the whole toom room. I was also surprised that there was not a microwave in room. It had advertised that there was. The bed was very comfortable.

The pool was very chilly so we were not able to swim as much as we would have liked to. I was also surprised that we were charged for parking. It was nice , but not for the amount we paid.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff at the desk was great. The woman working the cafe for breakfast on Saturday was rude. I walked to the other hotel for my coffee.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Checked in and room had a very strong smoke smell. JUST AWFUL! Switched rooms and the air conditioner didn’t work. Maintenance came up and just flipped the switches. By this time it was late and we were hot and tired from driving all day. Left and stayed across the street. Asked for a refund and MANAGER DENIED the request. Stay away from this property!

We were in Peoria for a concert so we stayed only one night and didn’t eat there. It’s nice that the Pete Marquet is also right there for food and bar needs. The room was nice and my only negative comment isthe temperature when we walked into the room was 63. That was way too cold and took a long time to warm to a more comfortable temperature . The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Great if you are going to any events at the Pioria Civic Center. The hotel is connected right to the Civic center, you can walk right over via a skywalk. Was very glad I chose this hotel.

Stains all over the floors, debris crumbs on floor. The comforter was stained with pink something all over it. Poorly cleaned and taking care of. If it hadn’t have been late night of getting in, we would have chose to go somewhere else.

Stayed next door for a conference but had to move to the Courtyard for our last night both facilities were nice, quite and clean. Thanks to the dedicated team. Keep up the great work. It was a pleasure to see this vs other places I have stayed.

The room was fine, but we thought we were supposed to have a pull out sofa. There was a huge spotlight outside our window that lighted up the hotel. We could not get the curtains to close all the way to block the bright light. We were on the 2nd floor. The whirlpool was out of order. We were very disappointed. The beds were comfortable, but the street noise outside and light made it hard to fall asleep until after 11pm. The staff were fine. Not sure we will stay here again.
