Enjoyed our stay at Hope Inn and Suites. Our room was warm and comfortable. The young man in reception was extremely helpful and obliging.

We were very disappointed in this stay. We were put in the basement when there clearly were other rooms available. It felt like we were in a dungeon. The sheets were stained. Minimal amenities. I would not recommend this property. The receptionist was friendly.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the property is very outdated and VERY dirty. Room was filthy, dirt all over the floor and it stunk. Pretty sure there was mouse poop on the bed spread in the morning.

1 night stay required mid journey after a long flight. Could be a nice accomodation if renovated. Reception was friendy however, the window was smashed with a temporary repair, the carpet needs replaced, the sheets were stained and dirty. The bed was comfortable but the tired dirty room lets it down.

I thought there was a pool thats why i booked there, I did not know it closed. hotel is overpriced, maybe if it was renovated i could see that price but not in its condition. We were down a dark hallway & the window in the room was cracked. I could have drove home 45 minutes was what I really thought but I had company was why we spent the night

We arrived a bit late, but the room was jot ready yet, and when we entered the room there was no toilet paper, and the room had been left with the door open.

Quiet place to sleep but Too cheap in amenities. Not even a box of tissues. They provide coffee machine but no coffee etc.

I read the reviews and almost never stayed here because of some comments but we loved it here. The young man who checked us in (late) was so friendly and cheerful at that hour. I really enjoyed him. When i got to the room I was pleasantly surprised. It was fresh and clean. A little outdated but the owners updated it the best you can an old building. Some reviews are just negative nancys and come from chronic complainers. Check out staff was really lovely and hospitable. The grounds and outdoor area was clean and had lots of waste receptacles. I loved the layout of the room. I was in 110 and could drive up. Had two queens divided off from each other and a little kitchenette area. I love this place. It was exactly what we needed for a good night sleep. Front desk reception area welcoming and clean.

The room was in the basement, after hours you couldn’t get in or out due to the door to the lobby being locked… no shampoos or soap, no coffee, air conditioner was so painfully loud but you couldn’t risk turning it off because it was so grossly humid in the basement, it felt like a prison… I really wish I didn’t book online because I would have seen where I’d be staying and there were way better places to stay

There was no toilet paper at all. None to begin with. Had to get tissues from my vehicle.

The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our one night stay. We had an inside room and although it is on a busy highway, we didn’t really hear the traffic which was good.
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again on our next trip.

I wasn’t expecting much to begin with. I was just looking for a cheap bed for the night and this was exactly that.
It was actually better than i expected. My only suggestion would be to give the walls a completely sanitary wash. Steam clean the carpets. And open the drawers and clean out the garbage from the previous customers.
I slept ok but did not go under the blankets, I brought my own. Like I said… I wasn’t expecting the Fairmont, I knew what I was getting into.
Hotel was very quiet and it’s got everything you need in the immediate vicinity.
I wouldn’t recommend bringing children to this hotel. It’s not clean enough for a child that would just be touching everything.

It was situated near other anemities such as gas stations, restaurants and easy access from main highway. The hotel is older and seems a bit run down, needs to be refreshed. The desk person was very nice & welcoming & helpful. I would probably stay again out of convenience when travelling through.

The owners were very nice, the bedding and bathroom facilities clean, but the rest of the room is very dirty and in disrepair. Especially the carpet. We kept our shoes on to walk around.

On arrival I was greeted by a price that was higher than advertised on website. When I showed them the advertised price they said they had no rooms. They then made me wait an hour till Expedia called to confirm my reservation. The room was dirty and there was food in the fridge and it was mouldy. The drapes were falling off the rails. The walls were dirty minimal towels with no hand towels or face cloths
