Amazing service, front desk service was great

I was upgraded to a suite so my room was outstanding. Otherwise the hotel is just OK with a slightly inconvenient location.

Very pleasant stay overall.Friendly staff. Located in new development 5-10 min by car to city center. Shopping center across the street and couple of good restaurants near by.

Beautiful hotel, outside the main centre but close to a large shopping mall. Hotel didn’t have an kettle or an iron available which was disappointing.

Outside of the building is really beautiful and lights up at night but the rooms could be better. Tile in bathroom is cracked in a lot of the places, pillows are the same thing as from Walmart for 3 dollars which were definitely not comfortable to sleep in for two weeks.

Location was not perfect for tourist purposes as it was not in the centre

Pros: Good variety for breakfast. Staff was friendly and approachable. Near bus stops. Has a huge field in front of it for spots. Takes about 10-15mins to reach the city centre

Clean and well equipped room, very helpful staff at reception - only problem were mix ups over the transfers between the hotel and airport.

Very modern hotel. Only there 4 days. Didn’t eat in restaurant except for breakfast which was ok but not if you were expecting a full English fry up. Was surprised to see how modern everywhere was and how clean and lovely parks. Even the roadsides were cultivated and all grass areas cut and cared for

Located on a major road, just across from a beautiful park area (and Lukashenko's house). Breakfast was a bit Soviet style and the place could do with a coffee shop for snacks and quiet meals. It has a spa with most things you could want though maybe the fitness equipment could be upgraded a little. I booked a superior room (probably the same level as a standard room in an international chain) which was short on convenient electric sockets . It was quiet, even so close to the road, with a good view of the park, reasonable bathroom and toiletries, mini bar and a partially opening window (I am not keen on hotel rooms without opening windows). Close to malls, restaurants, cinemas, sports facilities, stadia and modern offices. Overall a good proposition.

Beutifull properties with unsmily unproffessional receptionist

Was ok. Room spacious.

We have a very good experience with these hote. My two concerns one there was no coffee machine in the room and two breakfast was very expensive around $15 per person .
