The Heatherview B&B is definitely the nicest bed-and-breakfast that I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was brand new and high-quality. You can tell that Jim and his wife have been doing this for sometime and truly take pride in their place. The bathroom floors are heated, the beds and all of the linens were brand new, high-quality toiletries. It’s also very convenient for forgetting to the airport, it’s literally less than 10 minutes away. Jim and his wife are so sweet, I forgot a piece of jewelry, and he literally drove it to me at the airport. I was blown away by their hospitality. I will definitely be staying there the next time I am in Ireland. Thank you again for everything! ☘️

Very peculiar host. Unaware of personal space& quite obnoxious.
Be aware that he told us that he only accepts cash- no card payments. This is quite unusual in modern times. We had to drive into a local village to find a bank machine& withdraw cash to pay.
We didn’t opt for breakfast as we couldn’t wait to get out of there.
On the positive, the room was clean and comfortable, although the decor was dated throughout the house.

Would recommend this bed and breakfast to all fellow travellers, the owners are fantastic and the service was second to none I travel a lot and this was one of the warmest welcomes I have ever had

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR A NIGHT

I was looking for an area near the airport- but with walkable areas to spend the afternoon. Man- did I hit the jackpot on this place!! It was in a great area, near the Castle grounds for walking and walked into town for dinner. What a great town it is! And the castle grounds are gorgeous for spending time outside. The B and B itself was great. En-suite bathrooms, and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in awhile. Jim, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful in planning my afternoon. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and the hosts were fantastic and helpful. This is a beautiful area, so make sure to do a tour at the castle and go to the beach. Very close to the car rentals near the airport.
I expected it to be a little noisy with the airport nearby and being just off a busy road, but that wasn’t the case at all. Very quiet.

Such a lovely time staying here. Really nice home and such clean/private guest rooms. Our hosts were so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I would love to stay here again if I got the chance. Jim and his wife are amazing people.

This was a joy to spend an evening in a B&B that is well kept and well managed. Ideally located near the Dublin Airport if you are flying into Dublin. Great things to visit in the area - including the castle and village. Great restaurants and pubs to visit for dinner. Close to the beach for a beautiful walk along the coast!

The best thing I can say is don't even think twice, Book here! There is no better place. Jim and Maura are wonderful hosts with a life time of experience. They are very knowledgeable about Ireland and can guide you. We took all of their suggestions and ran with them and put in some of our own. The location is prime and is very convenient to all transportation and motorways. Again do not hesitate, book with complete confidence!

Close to the airport. In my case, perfect for last night in a long trip. I would appreciated a non-limit hour checking but anyway they waited for me till I arrived and the personal was pleasing and the place cosy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Heatherview B&B. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the bed was good. The host was very helpful and gave us good advice on travelling to Dublin and shopping there.
On the downside, the bathroom was very small - it was difficult to shower inside. The location is not great - not very close to the city or the airport. Theres a direct bus into the city but I would still recommend having a car if you plan to stay here. Lastly, I would have appreciated a little generosity from our host - we had brought in a microwavable sticky toffee pudding that we wanted to heat up in the kitchen but our host flatly refused.
