My only issue was with the parking. There is only room for 3 small cars to park. Once we were unable to leave the premises because non-guests were parked in front of our car with no way to contact them.

Hevea is a hidden little treasure in the center of Grand Case. Easy walking to dinners and beach. Checkin was pleasant and friendly ( even if we don’t speak French!) so glad we found them.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. Hevea has nice seating areas inside the courtyard and on the porch by the road. The beach is just steps away with many options for chairs and service. Grand Case has the best restaurants on the island with many close by. Only complaint was roosters crowing at 2am.(not on property). Desiree at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

The pictures were very deceiving. There was no one there upon arrival. We had to wait to have someone come open back up. The sheets and towels were stained. Not to mention the mosquitos that were infested in the room. The air wasn’t working in the room. The shower had little water pressure. We were not aware that the outlets needed special connections for US standards. The floor was rotten and sunken in in some parts. The locks on the doors were very difficult to work. I will also add the area around was not the safest - especially for me and my friend. There are a two good restaurants and two cute shops but that’s it. Don’t expect to find a grocery store near by either. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The hotel was located in the heart of Grand Case, within five minutes walking distance from the best restaurants on the island. The beach was very close and easily accessible. Parking was a snap. The hotel itself is safe and clean and offers a good, basic list of amenities. The staff were were very friendly and helpful, especially Desiree. I would definitely return on a future trip.

We love this little boutique hotel across the street from the beach. It’s conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are small but there are plenty of common spaces to spread out. The staff is friendly and the price is great. They even offer daily cleaning and fresh towels. Wifi is strong enough to get some work done. We would stay here again.

Stayed a few weeks ago. Great location but WiFi is not great. Water stopped working during my stay so couldn’t flush toilet or take a shower for half a day. Housekeeping doesn’t change sheets or towels, just re-folds current ones.

Very nice hosts, property with small parking, a block from great beach. Property is clean and cozy and very comfortable. Will definitely go back with my family. And it is quiet!

My 2 Nd stay with them. Lovely place with great hosts. Only issue is the poor town is still under construction due to the previous hurricane. Still worth the visit to Geand Case.

We kept trying for about 10 minutes and was able to get in. Dont know what we would have done hadnt been lucky to get it open. Its an OK location for very short stays or layovers. Not a place to stay in and enjoy. Limited to no service on property. You have to call ahead before you check in, not really feasible for persons from abroad who do not have cellphone service on the island.

Great aircondioning and hot water. Nicely decorated and great bed! Great location across from the Rainbow Resturant Would like to see more updates on the buildings down from the strip but the pristine beach in Grand Case is amazing. I was there 2 years ago before the hurricane hit, will take time to bring back like it was before but Grand Case has old European charm.

Close proximity to good restaurants and the beach. Small room with thin walls. Nice common areas to sit outside with some basic breakfast options.

It was clean and reasonable price. It was located very close to beach and restaurants. But the check in was horrible. We got there at 2pm but could not check in until 4pm because the lobby is closed between 12pm-4pm

Recently renovated small hotel (9 rooms) - very comfortable bed, good washroom with shower, has mini-bar, A/C but no TV (OK with me!). Very pleasant outdoor courtyard. Very helpful host. Good location to walk to restaurants and beach (across the road).

Hotel Hevea is a jewel in the heart of Grand-Case. It’s run by ordinary people who did an extraordinary renovation of a small property. It’s clean, fresh and comfortable with many thoughtful, tasteful details, including comfortable outdoor spaces with WiFi. Don’t expect a resort package sort of place. This is a friendly boutique-type hotel across the street from a beautiful beach and a walk from the famous gourmet restaurants. There are a few types of rooms, so be sure to get the one that fits your needs. This place is a breath of fresh air on an island still struggling to rebuild after Hurricane Irma.
