It was a run around to check in and get a room. Had to ring bell call numbers text numbers it was a big long whole process.

Good hospitality

The device was great! But everything else was average.

The shower didn’t work, but only gave dripping water. And when I contacted the manager, he almost hang up on me, yet did not even bother to come and see what was the issue. Very noisy place, with little comfort.

poor communication of staff. booking different client on the same room. disturbed around midnight and someone opened the room claiming its theirs....laundry running all night. terrible..

It was quiet rooms where clean and cool to sleep

No blanket provided. Fitted sheet on bed and that is it. I'm glad I had something in my trunk. Shower in a closet?

Not bad in terms of the money.

This place wasn’t worth the money, there was no TV no staff on duty. There was zero amenities. The pillows were garbage, we had to take out our own trash.

Good place

There was a cockroach on the wall when I arrived in my room, nasty bedsheet and silicon marks on the curtain. Plus there were a lot of noise from the other rooms, wall are very thin. That was very bad.

There was no working lock on my door - it was totally unsafe, and the staff was nothing but rude! Out of everywhere I have ever stayed, these people were the rudest, most condescending staff by far! Do yourself a favour, and skip this property!

The location is very good, the staff is very friendly, but the beds are not good, the refrigerator, the microwave and the fan did not work, you can hear everything that the people in the other room do or talk about.

disgusting place guy was chewing and burping in our face then when i went to complain i only got a 50$ coupon?? would never recommend to anyone who wants a place to stay everything was dirty and not clean at all dust everywhere kitchen disgusting bathroom was even worse and the guy made us wait 40 minutes just to look at this disgusting and unclean place had sandalls on too at least look professional

I was present 20 minutes before my checkin time of 3 pm. I callled the host , he said he was going to send me text message on what to do next. I was infront of the building for more than 1 hour after checkin time waiting for directions to no avail. I had to leave in frustration, not knowing where to go. Until now , almost 12 midnight, he hasn’t contacted me. It’s really bad, keeping me stranded on the streets of Toronto under the cold.

This is a student dormitory. Extremely noisy and not safe. No front desk thus noone to talk to. Fridge micro dirty and broken. No street parking. No service whatsoever i.e. you take your own garbage etc. Motels have a better service. Should be delisted from expedia. This ABSOLUTELY NOT A HOTEL OF ANY SORT!!

Overall it was great, quiet and private space. The host was really kind and gave us a couple of extra things for our comfort.

A surprise welcome that there are no rooms left as I haven’t paid online although the “Hotels.com” has given me the option to pay when I am checking in. I don’t know the confusion. It was night 11 PM and the place was in a remote location. Finally the staff lady somehow managed to check me in. The room is cozy, not spacious, linens are NOT dirty but definitely not freshly washed ( used). There is no ventilation or no air supply. No night lamp, you will have to sleep when the bright light is on or sleep in deep dark. The movable sink in the room is dirty with spots on sink wall. No dust bin, cozy shower with warning messages to not to sprinkle / spill over water outside. Washroom with limited supplies, lock latch broken. What else you want?

Very basic room, no bedside table or lamps. Just a bed with a table. The fire alarm battery drove me mad it wouldn't syop beeping all night it was so loud. Also, late check-ins can only access if you have a canadian sim card as had to text them for entry

This place is absolutely disgusting. The people running it only care about money. It is filled with university students that stay up and walk around all night long. I’d rather spend the extra money and go to someplace nice clean and safe.

Staff and services just a formality after changing extra 14 dollars for service
