Breakfast area is large, big variety of food. Foods kept hot. Beds are on the firmer side. Full sized fridge, great for staying awhile, but runs constantly at night, so best to keep fan or AC on. If travelling with disabled or elderly, ask to see the rooms bathroom for accessability

Great hotel. Modern. Great king bed. Pretty good breakfast. Quiet. Had a couple issues with my first room’s curtains and a noisy bed, but front desk was happy to move me to a different room, no problem.

my wife found the beds a little hard do they provided is with a matress topper and solved the problem . would definitely stsy there again.

Two issues during my stay.
1) Floor cleanliness. The have engineered floor and looks like a previous customer spelt something on the floor and it was not clean properly.
2) I could hear the customer on the rooms above me walking all morning. They woke up at 5:00 am. The hotel was almost empty and I highly doubt they never got a complaint about the noise. I wonder why they do not strategically assigned rooms in a way that customers do not bug others if they wake up early.

Small touches were great ... I really liked the practical rag bag in the bathroom.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. Clean, very spacious, and modern with free complimentary breakfast. There are two problems I noticed which are quite very rare for most hotels; 1) They will take a $200 deposit upfront and will be refunded after 3-5 business days and 2) There are lots of quest warnings (as if there are no other hotels to choose from) posted all over the place. This hotel is very huge and many buildings around it, but I only see 2-3 customers roaming around during breakfast. I realized later that it was the management problem and not the hotel. They treat paying customers like an unwelcome guest... and it says a lot about the outcome.

The tile coming into the room fell off, and there was plywood or something under the mattress so uncomfortable. Most of the time I have stayed there it was a good stay. I hope they correct the problem

The rooms were clean when we arrived. We did have to ask for cleaning though. We had to turn the taps on about 10 minutes before showering because it took that long before getting warm water.

Almost everything was great, especially for the price. The only minor issue was the breakfast attendant did not pay attention, had to ask for plates, waffle mixture out, had to ask for it to be refilled, etc. Other than that, everything was good!

The property and cleanliness were great but the tv didn’t work properly and the symbols on the remote were worn, one lamp wouldn’t turn on and we couldn’t put the fan on in the room.

When booking, I liked the photos of the rooms, which looked to have been renovated. They did not pay attention to the beds, which were terrible. It was like sleeping on plywood and when I turned over, the bed creaked like wooden bunk beds. With 24hrs needed to cancel the next day’s reservation, I was stuck. I hardly slept for 2 days and had to go to see a massage therapist to fix my neck.
The breakfast began at 5am. When I went down for breakfast at 7:30, the breakfast was old and dried out…cereal or toast were the only safe options to eat.
The water pressure was great however.
