We didn't even stay 10 minutes. The bathroom was mouldy and the toilet leaked. The was old, too red and smelled damp It was unfit and unhealthy for my young child to sleep there. Late on a Friday night, I had to quickly find another room at my own expense. Do not stay here.

Nothing flash, but comfortable and clean. Walking distance to all major venues, beach, pubs and shops. Would stay again.

The good:
-aircon worked
-bed and sheets were clean
-TV worked
The bad:
-Extremely noisy from traffic on roadside
-rusted fridge
-shower water a trickle going from extremely hot to extremely cold when turning on the tap
-shower curtain bolts falling off
-toilet dirty with brown stain
-front door has 2nd handle on from previous busted lock
-manager writes down peoples credit card details on paper unsecurely leaving them risk to credit card fraud and abuse as well as u secure destruction
-venue looked like a trailer park trash drug dealer hotel (some scary customers staying there)
-2 single beds pushed together and not proper queen
-fridge very noisy
-wifi not working
-shower taps patched up with tape
-bed too short and legs hang over the end
-reception not even open in morning at 1030m

We were refused entry to our room by a security guard as the hotel was under closure so we were unable to stay which on seeing it we were probably lucky but didn’t get a refund from them or wot if even though it was their fault. So don’t trust either company

Constantly disturbed by police and security before being evicted early. Bad communication skills. Amenities that didn't exist. Just a horrible interrupted non relaxing stay. Will never use again

Disgusting! Never stayed in any motel like this.Women at front desk was rude, pubic hair on shower floor, disgusting stains on mirror in bathroom, mouldy smell in room and someone was using our air con.unit outside our door as a clothesline, room was nothing like photos on website.Was that disgusting we returned key to key box and stayed somewhere else 3 hours after we booked in. 3.5 stars, you've got to be kidding. Wouldn't send my dog there.

Property serves its purpose but it was very old and the bathroom was so old and disgusting that I couldn’t use the shower. Also wasn’t impressed to see the owner standing outside my door at 9:50am waiting to pounce on 10am checkout. I couldn’t actually walk out the door until he stepped aside. So rude and god forbid I left at 10am on the dot. Wouldn’t stay there again

Well, the location was good. The premises is old and tired. It is clear there is no concern about facilities, safety and refurbishment. We were not expecting the Ritz but at the same time we were expecting a moderately respectable premises. Zero stars!

The property was run down broken and unkept! The only plus our room had a fairly new air conditioner that worked well but otherwise we were not impressed

This place is straight out of the 1950's. Tiny room, bed as hard as a rock, shower curtain type shower in an equally small bathroom, too small to dress in. No exhaust fan, winder mechanism to open the bathroom window was broken. Carpet was dirty and the room was musty. Furnishings look like they were picked up from hard waste.
AC was good and it was quiet (no road noise). Linen was clean & fresh. TV worked. One tiny UHT milk handed over at check in for 2 people to have a coffee.
Paid $205 for a night - ridiculous overcharge.
