The furnishing were not clean. The chair and couch had stains on them to the degree the furniture should be in the trash. The bed linen was dingy white. The curtains and drapes were old and dusty. I didn't have a comfortable sleep. This hotel is old and in desperate need of updates. Unfortunately I can't give a great review.

The hotel was very clean and my room was more spacious than I expected. The staff was amazing; friendly and helpful! I didn’t spend much time there or have the continental breakfast that was offered because most of my time was spent in search and rescue for my dog (who was found and brought home, big part in thanks to the staff at this hotel!) The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch and I would definitely stay here again and recommend!

My wife and I stayed for one night and wished we could stay for couple of nights more as we had to leave for business. Starting with Landen at the reception everything was excellent. Room, beds, washroom, linen and breakfast room cleanliness all excellent. BF spread was right sensible with excellent coffee selection. Landen particularly very courteous and customer centered. People like Landen bring recurring business, regardless of industry.

We hesitated to book this hotel because of its proximity to the airport--it did not even bother us at all! The room was very clean and comfortable--the bed was perfect! The breakfast was ample and lots of variety. Rooms and hotel seemed to have a full "make-over" as the appointments throughout were updated. The area didn't have much but it was convenient to our event.

Probably one of the best hotels we stayed at this past year! We even had a room by the elevator which I am not a fan from a previous hotel stay (different city) but everyone was respectful at night it was quiet and we were able to sleep through the night! Breakfast was great! Gym was nice and my daughter enjoyed the pool as it wasn’t freezing cold water!

It's a nice place, quiet and safe. Rate is a little bit high. The breakfast is good but i'd like to suggest that you include a variety of fruits. Inside the room is good but, if you add microwave all will be excellent.

I was impressed with the room we were given. It was very user friendly. My 87 yr. old Mom was with me and it had all the safety features needed for my Mom. The room more than met our expectations. Staff were so helpful. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The night shift ladies were very nice and made check in easy. The gentleman on day shift only cared about playing on his phone. We did not get the room we reserved and it made our trip very difficult. It was a very convienent location but next time we will look for a different hotel.

Had to wait 15 mins to get checked in. Manager did offer some refreshments because of it, but not sure why manager wasn't more attentive to the front desk.

I’m sad to see so many Hampton inns are not keeping their standards high.
In this case my biggest complaint is the fact that I had 4 pillows on the bed and they all smelled over used and soiled. I couldn’t stand it. I stayed 2 nights and ended up putting a pillow inside one of my clean tee shirts so that I could sleep.
The night stand had spilled coffee on it. The carpet next to the bed was filthy. Overall the room felt dirty. I always wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes where ever I stay. I used many extra wipes here. Attention to detail was not at this location.

Not any major issues I couldn’t deal with, until the people above us (I think) were making banging noises till 1230-1am. Front desk did check on it but guests were quiet when they did. I would use hotel again.

The bed was awful and you could hear the springs everytime I moved and I am not a large person I’m average built. The mirror in the bathroom was super high my kid couldn’t see him self he’s 13 and 5’ :(
