Very comfortable, the a/c worked great. Friendly service and great price for the room. We'll definitely be back!

Got checked in fine. Room was a very basic room. Bed was co.fortable, however not wnough towels were in the room for a two day stay. Tried twice to go to the office only to find it locked and no one there.

The staff were knowledgeable about places to visit and dining options. They were very responsive. Had an issue with the microwave it quit working. Staff came immediately checked out and brought another one in that did work good. Had no issues getting more towels. The room was clean except for the coffee pot which was pretty dirty but a quick was and it was usable. The shower had some stains and one of the slip stickers on the tub floor was coming up at the end. The decor was as expected not over baring. The rooms lighting was pretty dark even for a hotel. One of bedside lights was very dim seemed like it was about to go out. The lamp by the table was also dimmer than it should have been. But the lights over the sink was good lighting. The hair dryer worked fine. The toilet bowl lid was so loose you couldn’t sit on it properly but I hand tightened it and worked just fine. The backside is facing the overlook of the mountain but the trees kind block the view but that’s not a big issue it still much better view than the street. The parking well kind crowded but nothing that was horrible. Just small space but nothing that a small car can’t handle. All in all not bad. Pretty much what you would expect. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was nice and outside was clean and decor to try and fit the name. Inside the room seemed clean and simple for older motel. After returning to the room that evening after checking in. Found a roach crawling on the wall. Opted to give benefit that it could have came in from other establishments from downtown with bags. Found another crawling on the wall during an early morning wake up. Also found a dark stain on the sheets under pillow. Got ready and went to leave and found another roach crawling on my he table. Told the staff and they seemed sorry but that was about it. If no bugs and stained sheets, would have gave a decent review.

Can tell its an older property but has been maintained pretty well. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for the value!

Great for a weekend away... the pool was right by the woods. Will definitely be back.

Girls trip, budget friendly.

This is an older motel, but was very clean, safe and comfortable. The only negative was that the A/C unit was very noisy, but it worked, so that's all that mattered to me.

The room was clean. The bathroom was very tight. There was only one chair in the room and the luggage stand was broken. Check-in was easy with Sonny. The rooms need to be refreshed.

My stay got off to a shaky start. The front desk lady did not respond to my ringing of the bell on her counter. After 10 minutes of ringing the bell, I called the property and told the lady that I was at the front desk. Then I got some service. Overall the property was clean and cute in appearance. The air conditioner in room 101 was not cooling properly but I didn't mention it to the front desk. It was cooling enough to make the room bearable in the heat outside. The property is on the East Side of Eureka Springs and fairly accessible to all the restaurants on Hwy 62. We did not use the amenities at the motel so I can't comment. Our stay was okay and I would consider it again if our air conditioner was working properly.

We really enjoyed out stay. the only problem I had was the stairs.

Property was ok for the price. Nothing too bad, just the regular old, long time outdated, cheap builder's grade furnishings, appliances, bathroom fixtures. Everything was functional, but extremely outdated and ugly. A/C was horribly old, noisy unit, which kept me awake all night. The office stuff was friendly and helpful, after you call them on the phone and wait for them to show up... Overall, not really happy about my visit. If I know that a little extra money would give me something better, would try to find a better place for my next trip

The owners are sweet and accommodating. Our room faced the pool and the forest. We saw deer every day. We have found our favorite place to stay in the area.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was Clean. Little bit of paint chips on bathroom door, but other than that, good for the money, and the AC worked good. Jacuzzi tub was nice. Very pretty grounds and we saw a deer right outside our room. Would stay here again.

We had a jacuzzi room which was on the back side of the building. The parking lot was small and very steep to get to the back lot (only for the 3 jacuzzi rooms). Since the room was in the back, it was very quiet. The pool was in the back as well, but not busy. The jacuzzi worked well. The bed was satisfactory. The smell in the room when we arrived was over-powering of mildew/mold. We had to air out the room, and turn the air down. The refrigerator was open & not cold when we arrived. Given the reasonable rate we paid, we might consider staying here again.

Nice little place. Had a jacuzzi room that faced nature- beautiful place to sit out and drink coffee. Owner was great offered dining suggestions. Outdated but added to its charm - clean.

The couple running the property where very nice and helpful!

We were greeted very pleasantly and all questions we had were answered. No housekeeping unless requested. But we we were able to get towels and other things at front desk. Pool are had ants and bugs. Not bad but annoying. No breakfast, coffee in room. The AC worked well but had a little smell, not bad. It really is a nice little older hotel, clean,comfortable,felt safe and is in good convenient area. Cute little benches outside for you to sit outside. Parking is smaller area but never had a problem finding a spot. For the price, we would book again. The staff was very nice and hospitable. Ice machine, fridge,microwave and coffee pot in rooms.

We booked 5 rooms for Our Sons wedding. Check in was quick & super easy, they are always nice & very accommodating. Rooms are super clean,roomy, decorated nice & beds are super comfortable. Perfect location. Wull always recommend & stay here for every trip we take to Eureka springs! Oh & you cannot beat the price

Nice and quiet

Older hotel that has been redone so found minor cosmetic flaws that in no way impacted cleanliness or quality of stay. Bed and pillows were so soft and comfy we both slept great and woke feeling well rested. And the shower - amazing water pressure!

Not the cleanest rooms, also smelled a little like smoke and the a/c never really cooled the room down, it was off when we arrived and they had the window open, which maybe why it smelled of smoke, the smoking was right outside the rooms.

The owner is incredibly nice. He has made many renovations since our last stay and we are always happy with our stay. He has redone a lot of the pool and it was so relaxing. Our jacuzzi tub was nice, the beds are comfy, and the jacuzzi room was very romantic. We stay here every trip to eureka. The jacuzzi suites are at the back of the building which gives them privacy. Amazing stay!

They were very prompt, plesant & informative at check in. Very clean, comfortable & accomidating rooms. The location was perfect, with the trolly spot right out front. Will stay with them again on our next trip!
