It's a great location. They have two separate buildings about a block apart. One building has front desk services, the other did not. Uber seem to have had a hard time getting to the property especially during the Olympics. The elevator in our building did not work. So it was very tough for my 72-year-old mother to go up and down stairs. The room is advertised as occupancy for up to four people. I would say three at best.

Just completed a stay at this property, which we chose after reading many reviews. I am pleased to report that the staff and the property exceeded expectations. This is a beautiful, well-maintained boutique property in a superb location and an outstanding staff. Super attentive and knowledgeable. We cannot wait to come back to Paris and stay at RDS again!!

Overall I was disappointed with this place. It’s overpriced. I paid too much per night for a small room with one tiny window looking into a small internal courtyard with a noisy kitchen at the bottom. The internet didn’t work for the first 3 nights I was there and there were several times I came back to the front entrance and the doors were locked. My room wasn’t cleaned for 2 consecutive days because the cleaning ladies misread the sign on my door. They were very noisy too. The doors and walls are thin so there is very little sound insulation in the building. Did not sleep well.

Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Contact the hotel to arrange transfer from the airport on arrival. We did it on our return and it was so much easier and stress free. The room was fantastic, it had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again

This was our first time in Paris and our stay exceeded all expectations. Every single person we interacted with at Roi de Sicile Rivoli was friendly and knowledgeable. It was clear these people enjoy their job and they made our stay perfect.
The location for first timers, cannot be beat. We walked to the Latin Quarter, the Louvre, and the Pompidou. The metro station was a block away, and the hotel is in the incredibly safe and lively Marais area which ensured there was wonderful dinning and shopping all around.
The hotel was artfully designed and exceptionally clean. We felt very pampered and cared for and we could not ask for a better experience.

Had a fantastic stay here. The room smelt very slightly of damp and would have been great if the TV had a channel which was in English but they were small matters and didnt affect out stay. The bar was closed on both occasions that we tried to get a drink, qas surprising. Reception were great, as was location and overall it was a nice size room.

Trendy boutique hotel, quiet at our initial check in. Rooms are a little small but probably expected and worth the trade off being in the heart of Marais. Within walking distance you can get to restaurants, shops, bars in a safe location. The Seine is also very close. Our balcony door window was defective so we were moved the following day and they gave us a bottle of champagne which was nice. The pool is romantic and no one was using it, so we had it to ourselves.
The only annoyance was the nice bar was booked one evening for a party. Im not sure how often that happens, but can be quite a racket as the loud music loomed over the hotel and into the rooms above the solarium room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My studio room was perfect, and I appreciated having a kitchenette, toiletries in the bathroom and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. It felt like a home away from home!

Amazing location near the Seine River and in the coolest neighborhood with tons of amazing shops and restaurants on every block. Our apartment was perfect - far more spacious than a hotel room. We felt like we were living in Paris for the weekend! And the staff was extremely helpful and just lovely. This will definitely be our place in Paris for future visits.

Great location, top quality finishes in a relatively large space with a beautiful bathroom and a lot of useful amenities including kitchen/eating area. Very nice and helpful staff. Two locations with one on Rivoli and the other on roi de sicile. Close to lots of nice cafes, bistros and other shops. Le Marais is the best neighborhood in Paris. Walk down Rivoli towards the Louvre includes good shopping.

The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. Unfortunately the Cave was not open during our visit, but we were able to have a look at it. We want to go back just to have a drink there!

This property is very chic and in a great location. We were just a few minutes walk (or scoot) away from so many amazing locations in Paris. We stayed in the "studio suite", which has a well stocked kitchen and an extremely well designed room. However, the room looks bigger in the photos and is pretty small. It also has very little natural light which is great if you like to sleep in. My one main complaint is that we consistently had the "do not disturb" sign on the door and was woken to the knocking maid service several mornings. The front desk would also call the room to inquire if we wanted cleaning services when the do not disturb sign was displayed.

Location was really nice on the edge of Le Marais an upmarket quarter, lots of good restaurants nearby. The apartment was newly updated and looked almost unused. Note that we had booked for 4, the second bed is a (very comfortable) sofa bed. Everything there that might be needed for a family stay. Small supermarket across the street so easy to get supplies for breakfast if preferred. We stayed at the height of school holidays so probably paid top rates...would stay again if a bit less expensive.
