Stayed one night. Nice room, great breakfast. No complaints

I booked a room for 3 people (3 beds). Apparently that was 2 rooms with a connecting door; which was not clear. They did not have two connecting rooms so my children had to stay in the room next door alone. The desk was nice about everything but it was still not what I thought I was getting. They sell that they have AC but it does not really work and there is a lot of road noise so to have the room cool you have to open the window; needless to say it was a restless night. Other than that the property was nice inside.

Toilet issues, no water supply and hotel is very slow on fix. Room smells, the AC is barely working at all.

Property was a little dated. Plumbing had issues. Carpets are worn out. Close to groceries. Disappointed that there was no amenities to make coffee or a bar fridge. Only one thing pillow to sleep on. Overall not bad but not great

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable

This property was a good landing point for easy access for Munich. The room was good for a quick two night stay, but our only complaint was that the toilet never seemed to flush fully, even without using toilet paper in the toilet.

Nice hotel, fair price value range around Munich. Though it could be tricky to get to the hotel at night if approaching w/out a car, buses don't work till late.

staff could provide enogh service,however,when I tried to talk to them, they looked like feeling some anoying... additionally,location is inconvenient for tourist not using his car.

Great stay, no real complaints, not as close to the train station as hoped but a short 15 euro taxi got us there just fine.

You get your moneys worth, its really close to the KZ memorialsite. Its is on a busy road, but you can park for free. The staff will do their utmost to help you. Perfect breakfast. I do suspect there is a problem with the sewerage. Water sometimes stays in the wash basin. Plenty of reasurants nearby, Italian restaurant Verace is really very nice.

We stayed at Atomis for one night on our way south. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast plentiful. However, the hotel was far from clean - I am fairly sure that the sheets and towels were fresh, but that’s about it. The mirrors in our room (238) had marks and smears on them, the sink was stained from soap and the glasses had damp and dry toothpaste in them, as well as a few black hairs. I suspect others have noticed too, as a couple of bottlecaps were placed strategically on top of the shelf, maybe to test if housekeeping reached that far. I hope they step up their game - it seems like a hotel with potential, but as it is, I would not stay there again.

The breakfast was very very good! I had a very pleasant stay!

Staff was friendly. Bed was veryyy uncomfortable and pillows were so soft they may as well have been non-existent. Room was old with stained carpet and shower mildew. There was a large amount of hair on the sheets so I’m not sure if they were washed or washed well. Room was hot an guests were loud outside during night with window open.

I was there in transit between Munich and Nuremberg and for the purpose of visiting the Memorial. Transportation wasn't the easiest and you must speak German in case you need directions. It's more of an industrial area for what I could perceive and other guests tend to smoke in the rooms which to me was inconvenient. Staff was helpful in switching my room. I'd recommend it for a short term business stay.

The hotel rooms are too small with small beds which are not comfortable at all. The hotels rooms lacks facilities like coffee maker, press iron, fridge etc and it has a very tiny closet. The hotel doesn’t have any laundry facility as well. The breakfast is 10€ euro per person per day and you have to face awkward questions at the breakfast dining “what is your room number?” In front of other people. I was asked the same question for 3 days every morning and literally it pissed me off. You can not take any apple with you from the breakfast. I will never stay here again.

Apparently they are all “non-smoking” rooms but unfortunately we had to move rooms due to cigarette odor. Location is very reminiscent of an office park and requires a 10 min cab ride to the train station. Very warm and ac didn’t work (although this may be due to energy crisis and not due to hotel).

Industrial location not good area to find dining options.

This could be a good hotel if the air condition was working. When I checked in, there was not mention of a problem. After significant time spent troubleshooting, I went down to the front desk (no phone to call). At the desk, the person said the air was not working and I needed to just open the window. The room faced a busy road and I slept about 4 hours. When I tried to discuss this with the manager, because I purchased through Expedia, he could only offer a breakfast (which I had completed and paid for) or a water. Consider this hotel without air condition and noisy.
