Great hotel , staff very friendly, helpful , went out of there way . Bus metro , taxi , to far out for me ( walking)

Super friendly staff. Beautiful room with modern design to a high standard. Excellent breakfasts. Only gripe is that functionality sacrificed for looks. Specifically, room needs a occasional table and somewhere to place suitcases. Also somewhere to place toilet bags in bathroom. Small points in an otherwise memorably pleasant stay.

Recommend to everyone.

we had very beautiful room. hotel has also very nice location.

Our stay was just what we wanted a lovely hotel in the old part of Lillie near bars and restaurants and opposite the park.Denis was so welcoming and helpful with telling us what was about in the local area. We hired bikes for the day which is very easy and a great way to get around the town only 1.60€ a day there is a docking station near the hotel .

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location between the old town and the citadelle. Quiet location, lovely relaxing room. Warm and helpful welcome. Was a real plus to a lovely week end in Lille. Freshly pressed orange juice and excellent coffee for breakfast.

Huge, very comfortable room with every convenience - all of which worked perfectly. Friendly service and very efficient arrival and check out even though there are only a handful of rooms and no actual reception desk.

We had a lovely stay, the attention to detail was amazing, but would be brilliant if there was air conditioning as it was so hot in the room

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time! Convinient location with walking distance to many attractions, cafes, shops etc. Bus stop in front of the door if needed. Room was spacious, clean and doesnt have that commercial feel like you usualy get. Simple retro decor, wooden floors, tall windows, very comfy bed. Overall ambiance is very cozy and French. Free wi-fi with good speed and very cute breakfast, simple but nice (fresh sqz OJ, eggs, cheese, fresh bread, croissants, cereal and milk, yogurt). Staff were very friendly and helpful, even gave us a free crib for our baby and highchair during breakfast. Coffee machine in the room was a nice touch as well.The drawbacks: it is a very old building therefore no A/C and no elevators. (we were lucky with the weather so opening the huge windows was good enough). There is no fridge in the room. (we were allowed to store baby formula in the main fridge, but fyi) There is no CLOCK! :) no big deal but we came from different time zone and had to google it every time.Overall this was a great find in Lille! will recommend to everyone and will come back if there!

We stayed 4 days, and were thoroughly pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone going to Lille. The accommodations were spacious by European standards. The decor was modern and tasteful in a historic building.
