For the price this is a fabulous hidden gem in my opinion. Shout out specifically to Liana the front desk worker who checked us in and Theresa the lovely cleaning services worker. They were both so attentive and friendly; Liana worked with us to find a room where we could see our truck and kayak and Theresa was so joyful letting us know she was there for our needs. The rooms are dated with some wear but it was meticulously clean (probably thanks to Theresa!). The bed was comfortable, the AC fine, and the water warm. The pool and hot tub were great amenities, plus there were well marked snack and ice machines. It's not fancy, but it was perfect for us and we would patronize again! (The app won't let me add photos right now but I did take photos because all was very pleasant!)

Our stay was perfect. The price we paid was good, the staff was friendly and the property and room were very clean. The front desk moved us from 2nd floor to 1st floor due to my husbands back problems and because he could not do the stairs. She was a doll!

This property is well situated on US hwy 19. In less than 2 miles you have to multiple eating choices from fast food to restaurants. If you happen to forget something a Walmart is near by to get any essentials. Access to the Sponge Docks is under 10 minutes. If you want a refreshing dip in the hotel pool it is clean and well maintained.The only drawback is that the property is a little dated but given the location and nearby amenities it is extremely well priced.

When we arrived, the ac was not on and had not been on in a long time. This is Florida and the temp outside was 94. The ac they have is old and after 30 minutes, there was no discernible difference. There was food and a sippy cup under the bed. The comforter looked old and was scratchy. There were many locks on the door and a sign to always keep the chain lock in place. I was traveling alone with my children. I asked for my money back and the clerk gave me a refund. Days later, the refund disappeared.

This is a low cost hotel and you get what you pay for. Don't expect frills, juat a basic room for a nice. The guy at the front desk was nice.

It’s an older hotel that is very well maintained. Room was very clean and Bed was comfortable. Top selling points for us was the pool , hot tub and sauna. Staff were super friendly during check in and very helpful with dinner options in the area. Found my go to hotel for quick getaways to rest and relax.

We actually came from the Don Caesar and this cute little gem was perfect after being at a huge resort. Sometimes you just want simple and this is definitely the place. Staff was very nice! Definitely recommend!

I wasnt aware i had to have a credit card to get the room i used my debit and its good to pay for the room but for security they need credit cards which i dont have or use. They were kind enough to give me the room with no hassles front desk was awesome good quiet hotel with great staff and the owner deserves her hotel to be booked up everyday. Very happy

This place is immaculate and the staff is so pleasant and eager to help you. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommended. It's 2 miles to the Sponge Docks.

Great staff. The property is outdated but not bad for an overnight stay. Our room took a long time to cook down because the ac was turned off when we got into the room at 3 pm and it was hot out. Pool was nice. Checkin was great, very courteous staff.

The front desk clerk was so very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Tarpon Springs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t say enough about them, the pool and hot tub were very nice. The only problem with the property was the doors. Our room stuck very bad. It was hard to open and close.

Saw very strange people walking near the hotel, feeling unsafe.

horrible...they don't treat u better if u become a regular ...they start annoying you with more and more rules / things u can't shouldn't do ...

EMBARASSING and it ONLY got WORSE ...being a regular here by now u would think they would treat you like family or even as someone to give some more care to. YET these fools, especially the manager lady ONLY made it more undesirable for me every stay especially late April to last week. "we can't give u extra chairs" "jacuzzi closes 10 pm" (after I confirmed 10:30) coming to disturb us nonstop saying ppl down the rooms can hear us (HOW!!?) I AM A GUEST AS WELL. "You can't do early check ins anymore" (after allowing me to and actually offering me it themselves) Plus, there are tiny bugs in the room, especially in the bathroom sink / tub...etc sometimes the microwaves / tvs don't work ... I tolerated it all because it used to be convenient ...disgusting customer service ...
