The room itself was good, staff very friendly. However, it was noisy from street below, other guests in corridor and waterpipe.

Staff were helpful at check in and check out. The location of the hotel was convenient for both the bus and train station as well as the major areas of interest. It's opposite a park which has amazing views with a little stand selling tapas and cocktails which were lovely.
The room did smell slightly of smoke however.

Decor was very basic but it was spotlessly clean and bed comfortable. Staff also very helpful. Would recommend for anyone on a budget.

Easy, friendly check in, hotel in excellent location across from a beautiful park. Staff super friendly, hotel was immaculately clean. Rooms very comfortable, excellent shower, bathroom also immaculate. Great prices too for high season. Great hotel and I will go back again soon.

The pictures used are not the hotel but the church and a park which are on the same street. Parking was full. People were friendly but the room was dated ! But the location can’t be better

Great location. Friendly staff. The rooms are small and old. They are clean, but they are not very comfortable. The parkng was not too bad, only a couple of blocks away. Had to look for a bit. The location, again, a stone throw away from the city center. Fantastic city!

My hotel room is on 1/F, facing a narrow lane of the black side of the Hotel. No lift for use. Hotel rooms are very very noisy that U can hear everything from outside. I found myself like sleeping whole night at the street. It was the 1st time I can't sleep in a hotel room.

Location was amazing! Hotel is old. Handle of my room was broken. Bit noisy since it is located in the busy street.

Our stay at Hotel Royal turned out to be better than expected. From the picture of the hotel, we expected it to be perched on the gorge but turned out to be across the public park where all tourists go to view the 2 gorges. Fantastic location and great value for money. The hotel is not posh but has everything a traveller needed. 24 hour reception and elevator available. GREAT!

We stopped in Ronda on a whim and we are so glad we did. It is such a charming and beautiful town. Hotel Royal was conveniently located to walk through town, to the bridges, and through the park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit tricky but once we were parked there was no need to move the car.

For a 2 star hotel the Royal is great! It is centrally located, right across the street from a beautiful park with views of El Tajo, and very close to both the train and bus stations (this was key to us as we travelled by bus). The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious and well appointed for a hotel in this category. I thought the hotel was an excellent value for the price we paid, thus Im giving it a top rating.

For a 2 star hotel the Royal is great! Receptionists were great- very friendly and helpful.Bed wasnt so comfortable and I had asked for double bed, but we got two singles.

Helpful staff. Clean room with a terrific shower and clean floors. Lovely park across the street with a world class view. Near the bull ring and the walking street. 10 minute walk to bus and train station. Noisy at night on the park side because of the Main Street into town so bring ear plugs, but great value for the money.

Lovely hotel, would be better if they had a bar within the hotel, but a lovely bar next door so not too bad. Would defiantly stay here again.
