Owners came down to my room banging on my door causing my emotional support dog to be alerted and start barking and he then tried to tell me he wasn’t a service animal because he was barking. Then proceeded to ask me to pay extra money for my service animal

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Not gonna lie. Was kinda nervous about how the room was gonna be when we pulled up to the hotel but Once we walked in we were greeted and immediately taken care of. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Will stay there again

Didnt even stay, dont stay here, looks nothing like the pictures, we literally walked in and the lobby smelled of marijuana terribly, outside of bulding looked trashed, grabbed our key entered the room, the toilet didnt even work you had flush it from the back, there wasnt a remote and when told we dont have a remote the dude grabbed a remote from a didfferent room and it still didnt work,, felt very unsafe for sure and we literally got our kids walked out of the room placed the key on the desk and left it was so terrible

There were cigarette burns on the sheets, microwave had a faulty electrical chord, no clasp for one of the security locks on the door.

The air didnt work in our room. It smell like weed as soon as you walk in the front door. There was roaches crawling in the halls.

Room wasn’t bad. Basic amenities. A lot of people hanging around outside. Pool not open. Damage to outer building. Side doors stay unlocked. People hang around in lobby at night.

There were people outside all night like you were at the SPOT...
Our room had hair in the tub drain ..Lots of it and even after me mentioning it to front desk and advised them that we wanted the room to be cleaned THEY DID NOT DO IT. ...there was a few baby roaches crawling in the bathroom
Listen when I tell you not to say here it's not worth whatever dime you are spending

Oh not to mention the lawn care was not kept they really need a landscaper and remodeling

This is a no frills place. There were hot showers and a place to sleep. No extra towels or blankets. The pool in the description was not open but that did phase us. It was a great value for a place to sleep which was reflective of the price.

I do not recommend staying here. We didn’t even stay it was so nasty. Sheets were stained. Mold in the shower. Nothing like the pictures. And after complaining and not staying they would not refund our money.

I went to check in on friday after i got checked in i immediately checked out. The hotel smelt of Marijuana horribly and had trash all on the floors. They had squatters all over the premises that were drunk and doing drugs. We went up there with pur 6 month old granddaughter. Again we left immediately from feeling unsafe and disgusted. We have been trying to get our money back but they have not reaponded yet. When we spoke to the clerk he saidhe would tell his manager but haventheard anything.

Maintenance man tried to walk into room when there was clearly a sign on the door that said do not disturb. Lot's of people smoking weed. Hotel reaked of it. Had to do laundry because all of my things stunk from the hotel. Itching all night, probably from bugs. Slamming doors all hours of the night. Literally the only thing that worked was the fridge. No towels, no breakfast, the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Literally my back/neck is still killing me. needles to say i probably would of been better off sleeping in my car and saving the money for the week.

Property is close to south commons sports complex. Its quiet. Beds are comfortable. We do not like the fact that everytime we are there the pool is being worked on

First of I couldn’t check cause employee was on break. Second was hardly anything worked in the room. Came back after shooting in the tournament and the bottom floor smelled like vomit. Went to check and the clerk was asleep

Overall our stay was amazing. We were very comfortable. The room was a nice size. It was clean. The staff was nice. The pool wasn’t working at the time of our stay and some of the fitness equipment was not working. Also when we requested extra towels we never got them. But it wasn’t a big deal because we still managed. If I had to I would stay again. Even my kids enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff for being welcoming and nice the whole time we stayed here.

My stay was almost descent . The service was pleasing and welcoming however the room was below average. I'm not going to go into detail but they need some immediate attention.

We stay at this hotel everytime we come to columbus for a softball tournament. ThIs time we were put i to a room that apparently had some construction done in the bathreoom. There was dry wall dust every where no soap, no shampoo or conditioner. A wad of hair that was apparently pulled out of the drain, left in the tub. I took pictures of everything. Other than that the room was nice.

The staff were very nice... However .. do NOT stay here unless it's an absolute emergency. The dirtiest hotel room I've ever witnessed. Multiple crunchy semen stains on comforters, long hairs in the sheets, pubes on the bathroom sink, shrimp left over in the fridge. Horrific.
That being said, the lady at the front desk was very nice and moved us to another room that was only half as bad but still disgusting.

The only issue i had was the last day before i checked out housekeeping didnt even touch my room i had no towels no toilet paper my trash was full but other rhan thay everything waw great

The tub and sink were stopped up and I had to remove the lid to the toilet to flush it.
Once they get that squared away it will be cool. I'd stay there again. It's an old bldg so the plumbing is not always up-to-par. It was clean and there were no bad smells. I can live with that. I was comfortable.

Our room was disgusting! Roaches. No smoke alarm. Bathroom was horrible. No Kleenex. Worse place I have ever stayed. Should have refused to stay, but they charged my credit card when we checked in. Did not know if they would have given our money back. Never heard of that.
