Its a small motel that is a cut above the rest. Arriving in the evening, I ate in the a nice little restaurant (with a bar.) It was convenient and I enjoyed my moussaka. Everthing was clean, looked after and quiet Loved the centre lawn and garden area. The staff we helpful and pleasant. Many of the other guests seemed to be regulars because they liked it too.

I was so scared staying there… I will never be back

This is the most horrendeous place of accomodation that I ever experienced. They unduly charged me for two bathroom towels which were not there in the room(as we walked in). It was Australian Dollars 200/ and even if one assumes that the towels were lost/damaged, the actual cost would have been around Aus. Dollars 20. When we checked in nobody came and showed us around and there were two small towels which we believe was what they offer. When we checked out, there was noone at the Reception Desk. My emails to them stating that they never take the hotel "stuff" as it is of no value to us, fell on deaf-ears. As a matter of fact, we carry our own towels as we are not sure of the clenliness of a hotel provided towels. Some hotels on the guise of environment protection do not wash the towels regularly. We were ripped off of Aus. $ 200. In fact, I am now writing to the Tasmanian Tourist Authorities condemning this property.

We have a vehicle breakdown 48 hours prior to our booking and missed the ferry as car was undriveable, and had to cancel our whole holiday. Unforunately the hotel didn't offer any ability to rebook, or refund any of our payment, which was a pity under the circumstances.

It was a very basic hotel, comfortable bed, no bells and whistles but a good place for a snooze!

The Beachway is in a good location. Park Ulverstone waterslide and beach within walking distance. Room was clean. Bathroom a little outdated, but everything worked. The beds were comfy. There is a pool onsite just need some extra chairs for seating.

The room for one night was adequate. That is all I can say at this time.

I stayed for 4 days and I loved every minute. It was like home away from home. Perfect for my show dogs as they could be with me. I also loved the restaurant on the premises which had yummy food. Our host was a delight and looked after our every need. I will definitely be back. I loved that there was a laundry as well for a longer stay

Staff is lovely. Room is clean and has good amenities. There is heated swimming pool too although I didnt get to swim. Hot water is working well and fast. The only thing that dampened the stay was the noise. On Friday night like at 11pm and 2.30 am, the train passed by which was really close to the property, and it blew the horn like 6 times each time. Luckily it didn’t do on Saturday night because it really disrupted our sleep. Also staff started cleaning up rooms in the morning like 8.30 am and just rather noisy chatting so we couldn’t really sleep in. Other than those, it was a lovely stay.

The cleaners were average at best. We were there for 4 days and the didn't replace dirty coffee cups, didn't vacuum.

Great value for money, friendly staff and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Will stay again for sure.

It was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Complimentary continental breakfast was ok. Room rate was very affordable. Didn’t use the pool as it was too cold.

The service from the staff was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was great.
