Good accomodation for the snow. Great hot shower head, and nice new aircons to keep warm during cold nights. Cleanliness needs abit more attention in the bathroom and carpet floors. Otherwise, a great stay!

I’m a seventy y o and use wotif for many years ,I mistakenly book on day earlier .Wotif staff said they can easily fix my mistake. One week later a text arrived stating
ACACIA was not answering the call.I rang Lean at Acacia direct ,Wotif had not contacted and dedicated $379.05 from my account on the21May.

It is a good budget hotel.

Big rooms, spacious parking, clean and comfy beds. Toilet/bathroom was clean as well. Only issue was the old lady who answered the phone. She was very rude. I think she should have spoke nicely so people won’t get a bad impression of the place. Lucky the place itself is lovely. The guy who runs the place is very friendly and helpful.

Carpark was full of old garbage/building materials and makes it look untidy.

Room was so lovely and clean, bathroom is new and renovated. Had the heater on when we arrived so it was lovely and warm. There is also a pizza restaurant there which is so convenient, close walk to the brewery and had easy parking and self check in. Good east stay in jindy

Very happy with our stay at this cosy accommodation. Arrived late and staff were kind enough to turn the heater on in our room so we felt warm - was a very chilly and windy night.
Staff very helpful and kind.
Only suggestion - shower curtain or door in the shower. Water went everywhere. Unfortunately the tv remote wasn’t working so had to adjust the channels by hand on the tv.
Other than that, we were pleased with our stay!

Romm is big, clean and quiet, convenient place. except they don't even provide a microwave and dish plate because they protect their canteen business. But still need a microwave to warm up milk.

The property is well looked after, with a shared heating room & dinner options in the motel. The room itself was clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised with this stay - great value for money especially being so close to the snow :)

The room did not have a double bed as in the photo but instead 4 double bunks. TV was so small, remote did not work. The only seating in the room was a couple of bar stools next to a rickety table. How did this place rate 3.9? I wont be back

The woman at the front desk is so appallingly rude I'm not sure how she could possibly have a job in hospitality. I have a few other friends and family that have experienced her nastiness to make sure she wasn't just having a bad day. I really do not recommend staying here if there's any way you can avoid it!

The property was clean, warm and quiet. It was perfect for an overnight stay on the way to the snowfields.
The only downside was that I actually did try to book via the hotel but the woman who answered was dismissive and off hand - thank goodness for the Expedia website..it was less expensive and I didn't have to put up with the attitude!

Got the job done, couldn't ask for anything more ...Plenty of hot water and rooms were fairly clean ...all you need to catch some zzzzzs after a long day carving it up on the slopes

Absolutely disgraceful condition, dirty. The beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. Have stayed here previously and it has certainly deteriorated. Would NEVER stay here again.

A convenient location, clean and warm place to stay. Facilities were a little run down and staff assistance was very slow due. Stay away from eating at Papa Tony’s Pizzeria downstairs. Overall it was a pleasant visit.

The door was broken and did not lock ,the room not been cleaned properly and still had items stuck on bed and roof from previous users .we were very disappointed for the cost of $800 per night .

Well located, but quiet spot. Room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. Contactless checkin & checkout so I can't comment on staff. It was pretty much as I expected.
