Our first time and despite only needing a cabin for the night passing through it was fantastic. We will be back any chance we have to be in the area. The cabin was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Kids had a ball but I loved the 8am stay quiet rule - I was nervous it would be noisy but the complete opposite, with great rules that are respected it was much quieter than many motels and hotels we have stayed at in the past.

It's a excellent set up for the kids though the pool is too cold and was dirty this time.
I won't stay again. The cabin was very dirty, and the sheets didn't look like they've been cleaned nothing worked in the cabin. Overall the place looked like a dumb.

The jumping pillow was great fun but the indoor play centre was very run down and small. I wouldn't of paid for my son to go in there if it wasn't part of the accommodation. The cabin was fine, the bathroom and toilet a little poky but it suited our purposes for our 1 night stay.
The front desk staff were nice but both times during arrival and check out I was just standing there waiting to be looked after. They were obviously busy at their computer but it would have been nice to be acknowledged and told they will be with me in a few minutes, not just ignored and left standing in front of them not knowing if they realised I was there or not.

We loved the personal touch, being winter and arriving after7, they had turned the heating on before we got there, was greatly appreciated, was nice and toasty, to settle in straight away, will definitely stay again, Thankyou

Stayed here a few times for work. Always accomodating when giving notice of late check in. Self contained with great kitchenette. No blind in bathroom which made it hard for a sleep in one morning (room 2). But another pleasant stay as usual!

Brilliant family fun holiday. The staff are amazing. There is so much to do for the kids. We loved our stay so much that we extended it. The cabins are immaculately clean and have everything you could need. There were so many extra wonderful activities put on for the kids eg, trivia, movies, popcorn, fairy floss. The location is of great convenience. You can travel to so many tourist spots.
