Everything is good but apartment is suitable for 10 people shares only 1 bathroom uncomfortable.

Clean room. But room heating set at 21° and you can't change or turn off. Nobody sleeps with the temp that high. Also hallway doors slam close half the night and again early morning.

I booked through hotels.com - my credit card was charged an additional $13.50 on top of the amount that Hotels.com said they were charging. - they blame JE Resort - JE Resort blame Hotels.com. Spoke to both - each blames the other for this charge... Not satisfactory.

Good for a short stay as we stayed in the Motel type rooms- had a microwave in it. Room was warm and beds were good

I liked everything, except the hall way out side the rooms are, or can be noisy if you have people staying nearby that do not understand noise is annoying to others! That is because the hallways are tiled not carpeted.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. The price of AUD800+ for two night was not even near justifying the very basic room. For a lower price it would be worth to be recommended though.

Nice and quiet, no hassle check in/out. Lots of parking. Could do with some cutlery/plates and a toaster. Has kettle, hot chocolate, coffee and a Microwave.

Quiet in summer, no one about. Late notice on a long weekend was able to be accomodated. Easy check out etc. Plenty of space and modern facilities - plenty of parking. Short 10 or minute into Jindy.

The rooms are exactly like the photo’s on expedia, basic, but clean and warm and appropriately priced.
The food is fantastic in a nice social atmosphere. The owners and staff are really nice and are keen that you enjoy your stay.
The area is nice and quiet with plenty of parking.

The staffs are very nice. There are no air con in the room but when we called the front desk and they sent one to the door in a few minutes. My little girl love the hot chocolate they provided in the room. Will stay there next time.

There should be more furniture for hanging out clothes (ski trip), no drawers in bathroom, and the room was isolated from everything. It looks like a storage room.

We stayed in a budget room but had dinner in the adjacent restaurant. The meals for my son and I were excellent. My bangers and mash were possibly the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant staff were great, I needed some extra milk for our breakfast and they kindly supplied some.

Clean and easy to find. Location is isolated. Heated floors. Hot water wasn't very strong so had to shower without turning on the cold and it was just keeping warm. The hallway is very noisy when people move through and despite there being signs other guests are not very considerate.

Good location to the snow, priced reasonably compare to the resort on the mountain. Services are OK need to improve the cleanliness of the room.

Clean and tidy rooms and the staff are welcoming. Doug and all the other staff are good. The restaurant has good food. The location is quite and peaceful.

It was a comfortable and affordable stay. And very convenient. I would definitely recommend it to others. The cleanliness of the room was very good, particularly for the price you never expect much.

Room was clean and tidy and close to the ski fields, however the heating was somewhat lacking. Only 2 oil heaters and a small fan heater with temperatures reaching zero outside was not really sufficient. Added to this was the fact that running anything more than the two heaters on a circuit would cause the circuit breaker to trip. Very frustrating when staying with a family and wet ski gear.
